Just left there around 11:15-11:20am, it wasn’t crowed at all, ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich combo with a lemonade. Got my order and the curly fries were old cold and kinda dried out. Gave the lady at the window back the fries and asked can I please have some fresh fries. She said ok pull up. I pulled up and waited only for her to bring out the same old fries just redropped in the grease. It’s ok. I won’t cause a fuss about but I do want the employees here and other fast food workers to know that your current job may not be ideal or pay well but you should still appreciate the job you have and perform that job to the best of your abilities. The reason is because nothing better will ever come your way. If a better job comes your way you’ll have no idea on how to keep it. Therefore you’ll be stuck at the job you don’t like until you learn what having integrity is and putting in real work. BETTER JOBS REQUIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES, therefore you all will be in fast food for the rest of your lives! Appreciate the job you have, show up and have some integrity! Do right by the people spending money at your store! You need them to even have the job!!!!

I will say this, life happens to all stores and everyday wont be super fast. But I will ALSO say, the way this young lady at the front counter was mild mannered, working diligently to get everyone out & was kind is what made the experience. I honestly could’ve waited 30mins and not cared because I saw them TRYING with the few staff they had. You go girl!

Drive thru cashier, probably the rudest person I ever met. Ordered two large sandwiches and large fries along with Arby sauce. Was only given two sauces and when asked for a couple more she shut the window. Terrible customer service, please do better.

I went there 1/18/25 and on the door it says they close at midnight, i went there at 7pm walked in and one of the workers behind the counter said they were closed and to please exit, i just wanted to get some food.

Very clean and friendly fast food dining experience! All the staff were a pleasure to be around. I had to double check, because YES I am actually talking about an Arby’s! And I am being serious! The evening of Sunday, January 5th… whoever you had working between 5:30-6:15pm are absolutely exceptional! Keep it up! Way to make our night, and get us laughing
