took a uber from home, Walked in at 10:15, me and my younger cousin(15) waited 5 mins before anyone came and sat us, then the lady walked up rude with a attitude saying “ table for 2? as I said yes she said “ id “ without even asking why I show her my id. She says oh you have to be 18 mind you im not from here! and she proceeded to say “ it says that on the door of you read it “ I said “ i am 18 and my id says so “ she says oh well what about her and points at my cousin(15), i said oh she’s not 18 and she told us we could not be seated to eat our food and was forced to sit and wait 20 mins on another uber and have cold Togo food. never will be going to this location ever again, I’ll stick to my go to one back home 40 MINUTES AWAY! also the lady was not in uniform and had on a striped cardigan, and chewed her gum loudly as we ordered to go, and dropped our change on the table. 0/10 never again.

This location received their last strike from me lastnight. Literally everytime we order here something is wrong or missing.
Parking: They have 1 carry out spot that is usually taken by someone eating inside. Plan to park elsewhere and walk.

I suspected this location might be struggling, as the parking lot always seems empty. My suspicions were confirmed when I ordered the “Buy One, Get Half Off” traditional wings—10 wings, with 5 at half price. The half-price wings were disappointingly hard, darker, and stale. I learned a harsh lesson!
RACIST MANANGER dark red hair(ponytail) white female Mt Clemens location (downtown) very rude, towards black female customers, also young short hair female took my order by phone then lied & said she didn’t get my order AFTER confirming order.. I loved to know if calls are recorded & if so PULL the call and listen to her confirming my order: I drive there & no order: I told the young lady you confirmed my order 3 times I had to call back after the phone was breaking up & you confirmed she lied right to my face saying she didn’t confirm. I asked for manager: she walks up irritated, I explain the issue she then says to me do I want my order or not cause we not doing this ( SUPER GHETTO & ignorant tone) I’ve been coming to this location SINCE they opened never dealt with a rude manager or staff until now & will never come back. I drove right to 15 mile & Utica BWW after & had GREAT FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

The place was super dead, there was maybe 5 groups in there. Everything took forever, 2 hours later we never received our food so we ask for the bill for the things we got and we left. Would not recommend this place anymore.

I used to order from Buffalo Wild Wings regularly, but recently the food has been inedible. It tastes like the fryers aren’t cleaned or the oil isn’t being changed as often as it should. Everything has that unpleasant old, dirty oil taste, and on top of that, the food has been pretty overcooked. It’s disappointing considering how much I used to enjoy it.

The food was fine typical BWW taste and quality but the service was terribly slow. I sat at my table at 1:20, there were maybe 15 other people spread across 4 or 5 parties in the restaurant. My party was two. They seemed to have plenty of wait staff but it took 25 mins for the waitress to come to the table to take the drink order. It took 30 mins for her to come and take the food order and then another 25 mins to receive the food. After receiving my food, my friend and I had to quickly eat because we were on our lunch break (which was completely blown by this point), we finished our food in about 10 mins and then started looking for the waitress to collect our bill. After not seeing her for 15 mins my friend had to leave. I waited another 10 mins but finally had to go up to the counter and ask for my bill and a to-go container. I've never had service this slow in BWW before, it was a terrible experience.
