Gumbo's Bar and Restaurant

Please make sure y'all check y'all receipt. They will over charge you. The price on the menu is different from receipt. The manger Jeremy is very rude and very unprofessional. Jeremy was ignoring me while I was talking to him. He kept saying well. They will charge 25% gratuity on party's. They do not tell you ahead of time. Other than that the waitress was very helpful. I will be calling someone about this situation.

We had our annual Appreciation brunch there for
The Macomb Foster Closet. Service was so kind and helpful and the food was very good. If you get a chance to try them out. Take it by all means, you won’t be sorry!!!

I had a last minute party to put together for a wedding celebration. I called and spoke to Terrie and she was so accommodating. She even called me back and offered to set up a buffet and just charge us per person. Everyone raved about the food and atmosphere. We had Caesar and House salad, croissant sandwiches in ham and chicken salad, hush puppies, and fresh fruit.

2 for $14 special was perfect for me. I got the Michigan Salad and added their yummy cornbread to eat with the Shrimp Creole. Brittney and other staff were very nice. Enjoyed a quiet dinner to myself.

Food is excellent. The setting is very charming and well thought out. Tried a good selection of the menu and didn't have any one thing that we didn't like. Will definitely be back.

Amazing food, great service. Excellent lunch hangout.

I ordered fried okra and cajun pasta. The fried okra didn't come with anything to dip it in and it was bland and kind off putting without any kind of dip. I didn't have anything at home to dip it so I just didn't eat it. the pasta was just okay but it was $14.50 and sooooo small. I am still hungry and spent too much to get something else.

The catfish app is excellent as well as the gumbo. Very good service and friendly staff.
