A man was driving underneath the influence on I 94 high on a mysterious drug that was still unidentified because the court system lost all documentation. My girlfriend/fiancé was driving on the highway and was rear ended. The judge that sentenced the man that rear ended my girlfriend did the bare minimal. I can almost guarantee that if the guy was African-American that smashed into the back of my girlfriend’s car, he would’ve got a life sentence. But instead, this man got a short timeframe inside of a correctional facility with fines and cost. Needless to say his license was not permanently suspended which it should have been with him recklessly driving 50 miles an hour over the speed limit well almost causing a deathly accident.

I am appalled by Marissa Kulcsar’s unprofessional and dismissive behavior. She treated my family with blatant disrespect, becoming defensive over simple questions and even questioning what we do for a living, suggesting that “since we were there, it’s obvious we don’t have jobs,” despite our presence being solely to support family. I have to wonder if this treatment was influenced by bias against their color, Marissa. Comments like these make it evident that she should not be appointed to represent anyone in court, and if she is, I would strongly recommend seeking alternative representation.

Court used discretion to organize, run, and cover up organized crime to protect criminals, operating within illegal immigration scheme. Audit for performance review is required for reform. There is too much hiding, from public, behind the lack of transparency within this court.

Wow where do I start first of all the judge has an attitude? The bailiff hasn't attitude. The stenographer has an attitude. You have to pay to park in there. I'll let you park all the way down the street. But if you're handicapped it's a long walk, I wouldn't recommend going to this place unless you absolutely had to perhaps it would be hard to I had to give it a some kind of star and I give it a one star and I would like to have given it no stars. They also lie to you. I'm not going in the details because we have to go back. So I'm not going any details about who I am or anything like that until lie to you like I said, they have attitudes.
I said if I didn't have to go there. I wouldn't. I don't give this place a good review whatsoever.

Unbelievable that they don't have free parking for jurors.

the most unhelpful employees. You call in for assistance and are literally told I dont know how to do that. update your employees like you do your computers! poor managment.

This place functions in a very organized manner when it comes to dealing damages to the citizens. These judges, who are actually assigned and not elected, abuse power to protect their corrupt activities. This court has very serious integrity issues. The freedom is dead under this court's jurisdiction.

Corruption, injustice, making money, some judges are just criminals behind black robes, insulting the American people rights and freedom of speech and destroying the constitution of the United States.
I believe that the only good judge I have met there is judge Joseph Toia, God bless him.

Referee Maryanne Spryszak-Hanna is the referee that I ended up with unfortunately. Let it be known that she’s okay with my daughter’s father and his mom kidnapping my daughter and not letting me see her even though they are legally supposed to. Believing a made up lie that I do hard drugs with NO PROOF. Don’t think any of their decisions make any sense. Good luck!
