This place functions in a very organized manner when it comes to dealing damages to the citizens. They use arbitration to protect their corrupt activities.

You would be surprised to learn that the Michigan courts here are not setup to treat evidence properly. The forensic science is not digitaly developed and implemented in Michigan. There is a high chance of error for a common citizen to be mistakenly sentenced, because there is not much setup against evidence forgery. The justice is, literally, blindly pointing finger at what "feels" right (easy to manipulate) rather than taking effort to care about the truth by fully utilizing benefits of living in the digital age. The tools to commit crimes are more digitally developed than the tools to get to the truth. The courts are not prepared to handle increasing diversity. Crime is very welcomed in Michigan these days...

If your court appointed attorney is Joshua Jones run the opposite way and pay for a real attorney Joshua Jones will do nothing for you and we'll drag a case an extra additional 6 months just to drag time on and collect money Julie Gatti receives more than 5 stars. Very nice judge

It's a older building. Your greeted by their security staff which seems like they would rather not be at the front greeting people. They will answer generic questions and get you where you need to be. It's a court building. Don't expect the red carpet treatment. Arrive early and plan on hanging out for awhile. I suggest charging your phone and maybe a book, keep the kids at home if at all possible. Going to probate to get anything accomplished in 1 day you should arrive when they 1st open and plan on being there till after their lunch hour is over. Under staffed for sure and they don't seem too happy to deal with the amount of people that come through the door.

If attorney ever asks you to make a business decision to fund organized crime, just because it's cheaper and you get your freedom back that way, think twice for your future. Is it going to be cheaper for you to live under the control of highly funded criminal enterprise? Will you really be free?

Forget about what's going on in the world, because what this place does to us is far worse. No evil is bigger, more cruel, and more damaging than this for our community.

Less than 1 star. This court must be investigated for conflict of interest, sexist/racial/prejudiced decision making, racketeering schemes between court and lawyers. Ultimately, the court should be demolished for their fraudulent practices, favoritism, lack of blind justice, greed and for their incessant need to steal money from the innocent. Shame should fall upon them, for their acts are the most heinous in a society where the innocent cannot harm the unjust but must rely on the unjust system to bring justice, yet never does. How sickening, and sad. We will be withholding state funds from the court soon if they don't address these specific constitutional issues they are abusing profusely.

DO NOT SETTLE if you believe it's unfair. Your attorneys are forced to force you to settle because, otherwise, judge threatens to retaliate their business and attorney license. Your attorney is likely acting under racketeering influence.Read about interlocutory appeals. The corruption in Macomb County's judicial system has had a profound impact on the county's residents. The lack of trust in the system has made it difficult for people to get justice, and it has also made it difficult for businesses to operate in the county. The corruption has also led to the erosion of the public's confidence in the government. There are a number of reasons for the corruption in Macomb County's judicial system. One reason is the county's long history of political patronage. For many years, judges were appointed based on their political connections, rather than their qualifications. This led to the appointment of judges who were more interested in serving their political masters than in serving justice. The 16th Macomb County Circuit Court has been accused of violating basic human rights and freedoms, including the right to a fair trial and due process. These accusations have been made by defendants who have appeared before the court, as well as by legal experts. One of the most common complaints about the court is that it does not allow defendants to have a fair trial. Additionally, the court has been accused of using coercive tactics to pressure defendants into pleading guilty, even when they have a strong case for going to trial.Another common complaint about the court is that it does not provide defendants with due process. This is due to the fact that the court often fails to follow the rules of evidence, which can result in defendants being convicted on the basis of evidence that should not have been admitted. Additionally, the court has been accused of failing to provide defendants with adequate representation, which can make it difficult for them to defend themselves against the charges against them.

Please understand, they are human trafficking you when they bring you into the courtroom. If you read through 31 cfr 353.20, 363.27, and 363.6 you will clearly see that the defense attorney, prosecutor, and judge accesses your treasury direct account and moves securities into different accounts that benefits them. We are classified as part of the private sector. Furthermore DeShaney v. Winnebago County, 489 U.S. 189 (1989), Town of Castle Rock vs. Gonzales show that the police have no duty or obligation to protect anyone that is not in their custody. That literally means it’s strictly about revenue and that they are coercing and extorting us.

Who likes going to the court building? Not me. What makes it worse, parking at a meter, putting change in it & having your judge who has no concept of time & how long a meter lasts. Judges that make you come to a case but you don’t even enter the court room after 3 or 4 hours. If I did my job like this, I wouldn’t have a job long. Stay organized people, it’s your job.
