Picked up some breakfast this morning. No cars in line just me. Picked up my food and went home to find no straws in bag, and the food was all overcooked. (Had a burnt taste ive NEVER had at any mcdonalds) This was my first and definitely my last time going to this location.

This location arbitrarily decides when it closes, stops taking orders, switches to breakfast etc. their posted hours literally mean nothing. Have had the lobby be closed 1½ hours, been denied a mobile order because even though I showed up with 5 minutes to spare until breakfast, they chose not to acknowledge me until exactly when it switched over. They've also just completely ignored the customers waiting in the drive-thru a few times even though they weren't closed.
It's only redeeming quality is the fact that the price on certain items is better than most other locations. Overall, this just isn't a very good location, you're better off going to the one at Masonic & Gratiot.

Twenty four hour mcdonald's? It may not be open, it's a gamble. Took a several mile cruise over here on christmas eve and they were closed.

When you have machines down for over 4 weeks and you cannot provide items that are on the menu, that's a huge customer service problem!

Last week when I came here at 3:30 in the morning their pop machine wasn't working and they couldn't refund my drink because I ordered it on the app. That was my first time ever going to this McDonald's. I go today at 4 a.m. they ask for my code and when I give it to them they tell me I can't place an order for 15 minutes. I work midnights and there's not much open for food so this is very disappointing and now I will not be returning.

Manager working the night of 11/21/25 is extremely rude and will lie when she messes up your order. She cant hear you so she want to lie when u try to fix HER mistake. She's a disgusting vile person.( they are trying to scam u by charging u for mcdoubles when u order a dbl cheese burgers cus the mcdoubles cost more. And if u call them out they get rude)
Over 15mins for a chicken sandwich..no fries or drinks..just a sandwich.. oh and only 3 people in lobby..no excuse horrible management

I dont know what's wrong with McDonald's the meat is so little. What's wrong with serving a sandwich that matches the exuberant PRICE. MY DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER LOOKED JUST LIKE A BIG MAC..why does everyone keeping PUNKING CONSUMERS WHHHHHYYYYYYY? Like the more you pay for an item THE LESS YOU RECEIVE IN PRODUCT or in this case the historic McDonald's. If this wasn't on the right side of the street i would just go hungry and hit up a vending machine (not much better in volume of chips etc etc). Does every comp have to demonstrate GREED?
