This location is just horrible. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and someone flattened the bagel and burned the sausage patty. This isn’t difficult work and things are pre timed. So it’s actually really hard to burn something… but it’s a location issue because for the 7 years I’ve lived here it’s always been cold, old, and subpar food and it will never change.

They can't even afford to put the heat on. It's cold out and in the past 3 months I've been here 3 times and the air has been on no heat. I thought it would be fixed within two months. I won't come here again

I went to this McDonald's at 12 :20 on 3/21. I had a mobile order that I wanted to pick up at the counter I just started using the app. I told the cashier that I wanted to pick it up at the counter so she asked who I assume. Was the manager( wearing gray) And the manager was being pretty mean to this employee. I could hear what she was saying she was saying" he's going to have to wait. It's going from the top to the bottom. He's going to have to do it through the app. That's not the way you do. It" so I heard her saying this not very nicely to the employee and I said don't worry about it. I got it. So I changed it in the app and it canceled my order. And then the food I originally ordered came up and I told her that it canceled my order so she threw the food to the side. Didn't offer any help so I had to reorder everything and I still haven't received a refund. I paid for it twice. I know it's busy but she had not a care in the world. I'd stay away from this location

The woman they had on this date , March 18th, at the drive thru giving out the food was very rude. Definitely needs to learn to watch her mouth and be respectful and professional if you're to be any sort of representation of where you're employed. They already had the two people in front of me pull off into a spot and pull in the space in front of me, but to have this woman come out and had me the wrong food and get upset when I say , "oh sorry this isn't mine" I have to deal with attitude "that's what I asked you" and whatever BS. I had a simple order and you couldn't bring out the correct food and I have to met with trifling mouth and attitude, I'm thoroughly disgusted with this location and I usually don't even have a problem. Get that person in check and act accordingly. It's called emotional regulation. Don't come to this one at this point. Nobody wants to deal with sorry service especially when no disrespect was given in the first place. Do better. Tell her take some pto or some mental health benefits I'm sure yall offer.

HAIR IN BOTH OF MY BURGERS. Just ordered 2 cheeseburgers for my lunch break off the mobile app. BOTH OF THEM HAD HAIRS IN THE CHEESE. Idk what they are doing in there but one burger had a long black hair in it and the other burger had 3 black hairs. They were sticking out of the burgers as soon as i opened the wrapper up. If this was just today, I don't even want to know what everyone else has had in their food the whole time this place has been open. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL HAVE HAIR IN YOUR BURGERS

Lady morning manager tried charging me $24 for 3 sausage mcmuffin meals this morning 1/8/25 and yesterday 1/7/25 i payed $12.90 with a 0.30 cent upcharge for drinks. Shows how the manager doesnt want to hold up to the deal.
