Our first time visit tonight. Everyone was pleased with their food. We sat out back. It has a strong smoke smell inside. Some of the parking lot is poor. Give it a try. Staff was nice. I would give it 3.5 stars.

The calamari is served in a bowl full of sauce, tomatoes, artichokes, and capers. This leads to very soggy calamari. The perch was decent, although flavorless. The smashed potatoes were beyond greasy, and tasted old. The broccolini was cooked well, but cold. My husband's brisket was cold, the beans reheated and mushy. The mac and cheese was good. The chocolate spoons were good. The Vernors cream puff was good and bad. The Vernors icecream was delicious, but I have never had such a stale cream puff in my life. To sum it up, the service is ok, the patio is ok, the food is terrible. Everything tastes old and reheated. After sending the calamari back, we didn't want to complain anymore, especially since they were kind enough to take it off the bill. We will not be back.
We asked to be away from crowds cuz we can be loud, we were told no problem especially cuz the place was empty then people came in & were sat around us & the patrons around us were mad & we got cut off. Plus each time I've eaten here I've gotten sick. Not sure if they dont clean their beer lines or their oil or what.

Was there yesterday at 1pm. The food was ok, but not exceptional or especially good. The service was good & friendly! My primary criticism - the food was lukewarm... except for the tray/dish it was served on which was very hot. Although the cole slaw was fresh, it had no flavor at all. Mac n cheese was ok, perhaps better if hotter. Brisket was tender, but tepid. The 3 sauces were good. Comfortable atmosphere. The river, decks & docks are very nice! During the summer, it is probably a blast out there.
