Good food, but anytime theres a promotion, they are out of special ingredients for said promotion.
The meat is no longer fresh cut in store, portions are skimpy. Unless you have a coupon 20 for a stingy meat sub...not

Doordash stole my order. This place refused to remake it. I put a whole new second order in, they still refused. I called to figure out why and got cussed out. Dude also told me to come there to fight him. Loser honestly. Would give zero stars if I could.

We stopped in Wednesday night on our way to KOA port huron.
This location is just off the freeway in a gas station. It was not chosen, but decided on after we got gas. The gas station itself is in need of a deep cleaning and remodel. But the subway is nice. The lady working this night was really nice.
Subway kinda screws you a little in that to get deals. You gotta sit there in the restaurant and order on the app. Silly really. But we did it for buy two get one free foot longs.
After all that. The lady was very attentive. We ordered a garlic steak. Rotisserie chicken and tuna sub. All made how we wanted and good.
No fountain drinks. 20 ounce only. Here's where I don't like owners being multiple franchise owners. The gas station owner is the subway owner also. And kinda rude. DO NOT scold your employee for ANYTHING in front of customers. Period. It's your fault you don't have fountain drinks. And NOT my problem that I ordered one without knowing. So. I got a cup and a bottle. He proceeds to be pissy and kept telling her NO cups. Just offer bottle. Don't give cups. Blah blah blah. F this guy !
The lady was great ! The food was done like we wanted. Because of this jerk. We wouldn't be back. Which is sad. But my dollars will go to more professional owners. Less complaining buddy, more cleaning.

I ordered an elite chicken bacon and ranch sandwich on Uber Eats and it came very late which was understandable due to the weather but it was highly unacceptable for the bacon to not even be cooked! The amount of time it took to get my food to me could’ve been easily used to cook the bacon all the way through. This place should be shut down for the lack of food safety. This was a serious issue for me because I could’ve gotten food poisoning which could’ve caused me to miss work.

I was disappointed in my order. My sandwich had literally one slice of meat. I wasn’t expecting it to be overflowing with roast beef but it would’ve been nice to at least taste it. Instead I had a lettuce and garlic aioli sandwich because that’s all I tasted. I wanted to give subway a try since they are so close but I’ve had much better experiences from other sandwich places.

I like this subway because it's in a gas station and they open at 7 am. It's a really nice change for people who are just getting off work and don't want breakfast and it's just cool to be able to get a sandwich fresh in the morning for what ever reason. They are pretty friendly I only have 3 stars because of one person who is there but she doesn't seem to work often but she is just not very friendly besides that it's a gray place
