I got a cantina bowl and when I got it out of the bag, before I even opened the bowl I seen a live fly inside of it. So freakin disgusting!!! I will never go back to this place!

I don't know what happened to this location, but it got so super slow with the drive thru orders. I spent 20min sitting and waiting for my not very complicated order, thus making me late. I would have driven away had I not paid for it. Absolutly terrible experience. Better training and being able to multi-task should be a requirement for this job for sure. Don't go here unless you've got time to waste.

This taco bell is my go to, they do mess up my order sometimes, but im rating five star because at 1:53 am me and my friends got taco bell and the man who took our order was very nice and he was funny. I love the workers at this taco bell they will always be silly!

Way overpriced for fast food. The food was not as it used to be. Sloppy and indifferent from the past ... The place was Filthy dirty. Should have walked out due to that alone. While eating overheard I suppose a Manager speaking to an employee. I felt so sorry for this young lady. Obviously this manager is not an effective manager.
Otherwise, the store and employees don't care about the quality of food and customers and as well the cleaning. Seen and heard from Management (speaking to an employee with no respect) No wonder this is occurring. I'mThis Taco bell used to be good. I hope this reaches someone to correct.

Literally waited in the store for over AN HOUR for my food. Would have left but I already wasted the money. No one came to check on us. The counter lady avoided the line the ENTIRE TIME. There were many people angry. The hour I was waiting on my food, three people came in from the drive thru because their food was messed up. Idk what is going on here but they either need more staff or new staff, preferably ones that don't ignore the guests inside the store. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, I get it but AN HOUR for a TACO is absolutely crazy.

DONT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY All empoyees at 10-11 pm today the 28th we all stoned slurrying there words dropping money out of the window was there 35 mins waiting on a de luxe box... that had both tacos with barley anyrhing in it mt clemens finest working i guess.
