We tried to get here, but they blocked in all the truck parking making you pay to stop and eat. Cars could just drive in and park to eat. I haven't seen one of these in awhile and was so excited, no a&w for passing trucks.

Went here this afternoon and the manager was yelling at another employee to get off her floor and out of her store. The employee seemed to be trying to do her job so I found this to be inappropriate to say the least. This isn’t the first time I have witnessed the manager yelling at employees either. Another time I was in there she was yelling and cussing at a male employee in the back. The male employee whom said he was assistant manager apologized for her behavior. I know we all get upset but to demonstrate this behavior in front of customers is not good practice

The root beer was delicious of course. The fries and chicken tenders were way better than other fast food options. Misty was friendly and helpful. Wish we still had our A&W back home.

Pulled up to the speaker, waited, screen was completely black so I thought maybe it was closed down out of business. I only wanted a diet root beer so I pulled up to the window only to be ignored by three people staring at me and then walking away a minute later. Can't believe it's still in business.

Wonderful experience. Great food. The supervisor (or manager, I believe her name was Kristina or Krista) was great along with all of the other staff. There was a rude customer and it was so refreshing to hear her stand up for her staff, it was busy but they were working hard and keeping a positive attitude. Keep on bringing the good vibes and standing up for your workers! *note to everyone- be kind to those who show up to serve you! Beyond them doing their job & making a paycheck you don't know what others are going thru in life!*

Two people were working behind the counter when we arrived. The people were honest and respectful in apologizing about the delay in taking our orders, but still incredibly kind. They took our orders and the food was great! We could tell the employees cared about one another and about the customers. All in all, really proud of the people behind the counter for putting in so much effort.

Just left with no food because, first it took forever to even take our order, (10 mins) then we pull up to the window and one worker is blowing his nose and carrying around a tissue in his had as he’s filling drinks and touching things, then he comes to the window and has no idea what we ordered and seems high out of his mind. It wasn’t that busy. Overall horrible experience. Right on the drive through window it has their standards and clearly this location needs more training.
