Stopped in there for dinner again tonight and the service was way better than last week. The wait time was under 5 minutes the food was fresh and hot. I will definitely be coming back.

Definitely need to hire more employee's. Place is always busy and only ever has 2 people working. You spend 10-15minutes waiting to order then another 30minutes waiting for your order. Foods usually good but the service sucks really bad......

Stopped in for dinner yesterday and this place was a joke. They had the same girl running the front counter and drive thru and she was bagging food and passing it out while there was 3 guys in the kitchen I waited 20 minutes for my order. Thank you to the girl working I appreciate how professional and polite you were. I could hear the guy in the back kept telling her to stop taking orders which is crazy.

Don't recommend stopping here 15 minutes for combo fries weren't hot maybe try the drive thrue it may be quicker if not it will hold u p the orders and ya might get hot food

I stopped in today to grab lunch and waited at the counter while they took at least five orders and employee looked at me, but didn’t greet me or tell me it would be a moment. I understand businesses get busy but communication goes a long way.

The young generation gone be the downfall of this Mt. Morris franchise lol they just don’t wanna work. They don’t wanna work, cook or greet you properly. Go there at 6, they’re gonna MAKE you wait because it’s close to closing time and the food will still be cold after the wait. They’ll keep you at the microphone for 20 mins because they’re “short staffed” lol I’m a truck driver who parks at this lot everyday and I visit A&W often. It’s the young ones in there messing up the vibe & food 😂😂😂

We tried to get here, but they blocked in all the truck parking making you pay to stop and eat. Cars could just drive in and park to eat. I haven't seen one of these in awhile and was so excited, no a&w for passing trucks.

Went here this afternoon and the manager was yelling at another employee to get off her floor and out of her store. The employee seemed to be trying to do her job so I found this to be inappropriate to say the least. This isn’t the first time I have witnessed the manager yelling at employees either. Another time I was in there she was yelling and cussing at a male employee in the back. The male employee whom said he was assistant manager apologized for her behavior. I know we all get upset but to demonstrate this behavior in front of customers is not good practice
