I tried to order the $30 special and I was having a hard time making the girl taking my order understand what I wanted. She kept asking me if I wanted pick up or delivery 3 different times. I told her 3 different times I wanted a large pizza. She didn't ask me what I wanted to drink. When it was finally delivered I told the driver my experience trying to order a pizza. She informed me that there's problems with the person who took my order. It's 2 days later and I tried to call in an order and my phone number is blocked.

The pizza I got from this location was seriously a joke once I figure out how to upload a photo you will see why, are the cheese and toppings coming out of the employees check because i spent 30$ on 4 anchovies and literal shreds of cheese. I'll never waste 30$ like this again that's fs!

Ordered at 5:20p, delivery time online said 45min, after an hour and a half, I called, got put on hold twice before i could talk to anyone, got talk down to and told it will be there when it gets there. Finally got delivered around 7:10p.

The Pizza wasn't cut or cut unevenly and tasted salty I believe because of the Asian sauce which was expensive, I inquired about any discounts for my online order and the employee said there was not any discounts for my special order the costed almost $30, one of the two was cheese pizza, unlike the other branch I visited in a different city, this wasn't a pleasant experience, for the sake of the honesty though I have to mention that the order was ready fast enough.

Really tired of them messing up and not offering any compensation for it!!! Show up to get my pizza that the app says is ready BUT no pizza here for me so now I get to wait…. Nothing offered for my wasted time. Have had other times where the order has been wrong and I either leave with no pizza or I have to wait for them to make another one… AGAIN no compensation for my wasted time. Time to find a new pizza joint I guess since this one doesn’t seem to get that my time is valuable! The customer should never be inconvenienced for a company’s mistakes. Stop punishing your customers and do better!!!
