I ordered and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and they still managed to forget one of my meals 2 time in 2 weeks and the drive thru girl was so rude I will not return to this one again. It as if I made her wait. I didn't forget to pay

Just moved to the area from waterford and this is best KFC we have eaten at. The food was good, fresh and quick. The establishment was also very clean. That honey garlic sandwich was good!

Worst kfc ever every time I go they are always missing food. I’m currently missing two biscuits. I called and the lady hung up in my face. Over the years it’s literally over $20 worth of food missing. I keep tryna give this place a chance but just don’t do it.

Food portions small and food well overcooked....burnt couldn't eat chicken at all but side dish were great
Was on the way home with the kids and the wanted kfc, so we got the 12 pc meal, chicken nuggets for the younger one the new apple pie poppers. First they thought it was a good ideal to shove all that into one bag!! So I got home and the gravy is every wherrrre! Get that mess taken care of to find the bbq sauce was also smashed and broken bc they put it on the bottom and all the food was on top! The biscuits are as hard as a rock, the chicken is suppose to be “crispy” I wouldn’t call it that at all. The apple pie poppers look nothing like the picture they were so over cooked there was no apples what so everrr in them. Very disappointed!! 57 dollars down the drain. I would love to post a receipt but apparently they don’t give those out either..
I ordered Door Dash from this KFC location and they flat out refused to give my door dasher my food. Man called me crying like begging them to give them the food on the phone and they were rude as heck to him. Felt bad for him honestly. Bad experience never again.

So I'm trying to figure out why this store is always closed between 10-11 regularly, and once again today they couldn't get the app order correct. Sauces were wrong, no napkins or utensils, ordered a 3 piece got 2 and 1 of the 2 was wrong. And y'all want $20 an hour. Something needs to change at this location its absolutely horrible
