Food is almost always cold. Order is never correct, and they never have chicken pot pies available. Doesn't matter when you go, it's always at least a 15 minute wait.

rude employees. told I couldn’t hear them on the speaker.. it was muffled..so she yelled rudely. said there’s a wait on chicken. gave attitude when I asked how long. didnt label diets. forgot straws. Not the best KFC but the chicken strips and the famous bowl were good. Biscuits were hard as a rock and so were half of the fries. The other half were cold and soggy. After everything I said at the speaker the girl asked if that would complete my order. And when I asked about mashed potatoes for my side in my strip box she said it came with fries. So I left it alone. Bad service. Food you have a 50/50 chance of it being ok.

Don't judge me, I like KFC. Biscuits, gravy, mashed potatoes and coke slaw- yes please. Needed something quick so we swung in. Here is what we liked:* They were open....it was only 6:00 though.Here's what could if been a lot better:* Upon walking in was greeted with, you have to use the kiosk if you want service inside. I'm not opposed but it definitely set a tone.* While waiting an employee left, came back with Taco Bell and was eating her Taco Bell in the lobby.* Was the only customer when I walked in, took so long for my order the employee had time to go to a competitor and get something better to eat.* If you want rude service- they got that.* Like warm potatoes and gravy.* Rubbery biscuit.I'm sad that the Colonel is rolling in his grave. I would avoid this place. Only have it one star as that's the lowest.

Waited 15 minutes for my order, drove 2 minutes up the street home, there was not one thing in the bag out of 3 meals that was hot, barely Luke warm.
They say they need help but they don't hire someone who can work 6 PM to close. Sorry I got a first full-time job. And I'm looking for a second night job or something. From Mike 6 to clothes or 5 clothes. But yet they need to help cry for help and won't hire someone that can Work

Got the fill up box. No BBQ sauce were out when asked. Then I open the box to find rock hard biscuits and chicken strips. No silverware to eat the sides with. Even asked for extra napkins so I could eat in the car. (Lunch time ) not one napkin in the bag. So I turned around and went and asked how much do you charge for extra napkins. I'll pay extra. He said no charge and gave me 1 napkin and walked away. I don't recommend this place to anybody. WILL NOT GO BACK MYSELF. sad thing is this location has only been open about a year. It's that bad already hate to eat there 5 years from now.
