hands down the nastiest food i’ve ever eaten. onion rings & chicken tenders are cooked in the same oil the fish is. ordered my son chicken tenders just for them to smell, taste, and look like fish. HUGE health hazard. there’s a reason there’s barely any business, it’s your food. i shouldn’t pay $40 for inedible food. wont be

Ordered here the other day for me and my father in law we ordered rib tips and pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw and Mac & cheese. Food was not great at all the rib tips were dry and the cole slaw had too thick of a dressing and was like eating miracle whip right out of the jar . I will say the pulled pork was okay and the Mac and cheese was good. will I order here again ? that’s a no ,not worth it. People were nice tho

I ordered the Brisket dinner for $20. It came with 4 slices of brisket and 2 sides. I chose fries and macaroni and cheese. The Mac and cheese would have been phenomenal if it didn’t have an overwhelming flavor of powdered Parmesan cheese. The Brisket wasn’t trimmed properly. Standard fat is 1/4 of an inch. 3 of the pieces were all fat with a thin line of meat that was charred. The meat didn’t have bbq or any sauce on it. Meat was served plain. Not near enough meat for a $20 dinner. The only thing worth eating was the fries. I am very disappointed.

Terrible terrible service the last 2 times I tried couldn't even get a hog trough nachos with no coleslaw took them over a hour to produce nachos then barely edible today I thought smokey butts gets another shot so I knew the service wasn't great so I called in another nacho with no coleslaw told me 20 minutes went there in 30 minutes ( on lunch time I only get 30 mins stood in there for 10 minutesTold me would be another10 so I went to the store came back and they told me they didn't know when they would produce nachos I already payed had to get my money back and go to work hungry I doubt you could ever redeem yourself but good luck trying to keep good customers
We were surprised this restaurant is now on a BBQ place and not an Italian restaurant. Food is good. Very large portions. Sharing is recommended.

Oh my gosh! My husband and I had just left Frankenmuth headed south and wanted barbecue for lunch, we asked google to find BBQ and picked the first place and we were not disappointed! We had the Hog Trough nachos (size small for the two of us!) And it was MORE than enough food. Awesome flavors and a fantastic and attentive waitress. Will be recommending this to everyone we can.

Have been wanting to try this place for a while, and the food and service did not disappoint! The place could use some updating, but I'm sure that is the plan. Since all small businesses are struggling to make ends meet, most have had to put location improvements on hold.

Got the nachos, a pizza sub, onion rings and something else. Let me just say, holy moly. The nachos came in a medium pizza box!! And I ordered a small!!!! They were super yummy and I really liked the pulled pork on it! The onion rings were good. The favor was fantastic and even though it was take away still crispy. The pizza sub was the let down from us, some may like it, but we prefer the BBQ! All in all we will be back!!
