Ordered two pizzas an hour ago open it up and no sauce on the pizza and it was way over cooked not the first time this happened I will take my business elsewhere from now on this location needs to do better

Every time I order from door dash they pick this location instead of the Clio location and I’m always given the oldest burnt nastiest pizza. This is the third (and last) time I make this mistake train your staff better the pizza is amazing 2 miles away in Clio ?♂️

Charged me for something I didn't order and pizza was dry and cold like it had been sitting in warmer iI called to let them know they apologized and said the next time they will replace it, well when i went back to get replacement they said my name wasn't in the book so nothing they could do so they need to do there job a little better

Stores new general manager seems to be putting in a lot of work trying to clean this store up and get it more consistent. They don't seem to a have a lot of staff in there at any one point but they're always working hard when I'm in there.

Every time I go to this location, they ignore me. I stand by the register, and they walk by me, look at me, watch their monitor, and never acknowledge me. They walk away. When they come back, I say hello, and they ignore me and walk away even after looking at me. I will say the people cooking the pizzas will notice me on prior occasions and have told the cashier to go to the register. However, that didn't happen today, and I left. I will not go back to this location again unless something seriously happens with their customer service.

We ordered thru door dash which was great. Ordered a Stromboli and large pizza. Pizza came with only pepperoni and was suppose to have mushroom, onion and beef also. Called the store, mgr argued with worker that he made it right. Told me to bring it back and would remake it. I am upset that I had to go out when I paid for delivery. The mgr didn’t care. No offer to do anything but remake. Didn’t even offer for us to keep the wrong one. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering from this location again. By the time I got back home my Stromboli was cold.

This is by far the best Cesars from Davison to Flint...the Mount Morris location is the only one that doesn't disappoint! I had written off all Cesars after several bad experiences in Davison and Genesee until my husband brought home pizza from the MM store. Everything is always fresh, crazy bread is soft, and has flavor (it's so hard and bland in Davison and Kearsley areas) and the pizzas are always awesome! Whoever is running this particular location has that extra something needed for restaurants to get those repeat customers, the other locations in the area could learn something from Mount Morris! I will not go to the one closest to my house (Richfield Rd. /Genesee Rd.) ever again, they're surprisingly busy but unprepared for the dinner rush, and not just occasionally, every single time we have tried them out, there's no dinner push hustle, it's unbelievably slow-hour wait for hot n readys no matter the day of the week, it's almost like there is zero management whatsoever. So, that's why we make the drive to Mount Morris, knowing we will get what we ordered, quickly and prepared hot, fresh & delicious. Thank you Mount Morris Cesar's, you have the best crew in the area and are appreciated!!
