Never had any problems. Manager works his tail off with how busy they get. I’m always surprised when I still see him working there because most people would probably lose their minds with how busy it gets. If something is made wrong, they always take care of me no problem. None of that “can you bring the food back” nonsense.

Anytime I come here the Hot and ready pizza is always old and when I use the app to order a fresh one, they never receive my order and claim they never got it while the app says they received it and got it ready and yes, the location was correct

You pay a lot for the crazy bread with little to no garlic my garlic butter on it and then they want $2 for extra garlic and butter, the pizza is always cold or hard

I ordered on 4/18/25 a Friday night. 1pizza 2 crazy bread with sauce and a Stromboli. I asked for no butter or parmasean on the Stromboli. I get there to pick it up and it has butter and parm on it. No big deal it happens. But then the manager Jonathan comes to the register and tells me I can't order that anymore. That he just had a 400 dollar hour and they can't remember to make a Stromboli without items. My small order was $38.12 which is 10 percent of the business you had for the hour. I informed him that I always order my Stromboli that way and they usually write it on the slip for my order. I won't order from this store again.

Ordered two pizzas an hour ago open it up and no sauce on the pizza and it was way over cooked not the first time this happened I will take my business elsewhere from now on this location needs to do better
Every time I order from door dash they pick this location instead of the Clio location and I’m always given the oldest burnt nastiest pizza. This is the third (and last) time I make this mistake train your staff better the pizza is amazing 2 miles away in Clio ?♂️

Charged me for something I didn't order and pizza was dry and cold like it had been sitting in warmer iI called to let them know they apologized and said the next time they will replace it, well when i went back to get replacement they said my name wasn't in the book so nothing they could do so they need to do there job a little better
