We ordered thru door dash which was great. Ordered a Stromboli and large pizza. Pizza came with only pepperoni and was suppose to have mushroom, onion and beef also. Called the store, mgr argued with worker that he made it right. Told me to bring it back and would remake it. I am upset that I had to go out when I paid for delivery. The mgr didn’t care. No offer to do anything but remake. Didn’t even offer for us to keep the wrong one. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering from this location again. By the time I got back home my Stromboli was cold.

Very rude people working here, pizza didn’t come out right at all, got hung up on by the manager, called back, he wouldn’t even give his name and hung up on me again. No cheese in crust, wasn’t cut up all the way, asked for light sauce, came with extra sauce which I have stomach issues and can’t have a lot. Hardly any bacon, and overcooked.

This is by far the best Cesars from Davison to Flint...the Mount Morris location is the only one that doesn't disappoint! I had written off all Cesars after several bad experiences in Davison and Genesee until my husband brought home pizza from the MM store. Everything is always fresh, crazy bread is soft, and has flavor (it's so hard and bland in Davison and Kearsley areas) and the pizzas are always awesome! Whoever is running this particular location has that extra something needed for restaurants to get those repeat customers, the other locations in the area could learn something from Mount Morris! I will not go to the one closest to my house (Richfield Rd. /Genesee Rd.) ever again, they're surprisingly busy but unprepared for the dinner rush, and not just occasionally, every single time we have tried them out, there's no dinner push hustle, it's unbelievably slow-hour wait for hot n readys no matter the day of the week, it's almost like there is zero management whatsoever. So, that's why we make the drive to Mount Morris, knowing we will get what we ordered, quickly and prepared hot, fresh & delicious. Thank you Mount Morris Cesar's, you have the best crew in the area and are appreciated!!

THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!!!My brother ordered a pizza for him and his kids, when he opened the box, a cockroach was walking across the pizza! Absolutely unacceptable.The manager on duty tried to tell him that “they don’t have cockroaches”. Hard to argue that, when one was literally walking across the pizza from the time he walked out of that establishment and into his car.

The guy taking and cashing out customers was amazing! Our order was messed up, and I never felt bad taking it back but this guy was so awesome I got guilty. He took it and remade it super quick for us. Thanks to the dude on labor day evening , with piercings, you killed it and your energy alone should earn you a promotion!
Great staff. Very friendly and patient! Both the manager on duty and the other gentleman were very patient with a very rude customer in front of me who uttered racist remarks when she was walking away after the gentleman checking her out needed the manager to take a $50 bill. Both of the guys on duty deserve a pat on the back and a raise.

Literally just got overcharged for my food didn't want three sauces and a garlic cream cheese ask to just get a garlic cream cheese in one sauce made it a big deal said that it would throw off their inventory lied to me on what the price was over the phone and then proceeded to give me attitude when I was mad about all of this So if you like getting told what to do and that you're going to overpay and waste then go to this place!!

Went in around 5pm for a quick hot ‘n ready & bread. Took my order, then the manager takes a pizza from under the counter, puts it in the warmer like I didn’t notice, then tries giving it to me 30 seconds later. Will not be returning, Howies & big brutus is right up the road, literally. I tried since it’s been a long time, never again.
