Playplace stunk and was super hot so we opted to get take out to the playground instead. Placed a mobile order for counter pick up and waited at least 30 mins for two happy meals and a few mcchickens and doubles. Food wasn’t hot either, but took 30+ minutes? Used old toys for the happy meals and didn’t have the new little McDonald’s toy models. Idk if the whole a/c system was out or what but even the lobby was hot so I’m sure the workers were struggling big time.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this was the wrose McDonald's experience I have ever had. I waited almost 55 minutes for my mobile order. When trying to speak to someone about it they were rude and dismissive. This location is mismanaged, very unprofessional, and just terrible all around. I will never come to this location again

Absolutely horrible. Dissatisfied, disappointed, and just overly extremely upset. I couldn’t wait to get my daughter her FIRST ever happy meal, and when I was cutting her nuggets in pieces we discovered a VERY HARD piece in it very visible, looks like a bone but honestly who knows what it is. Thankfully she didn’t eat them whole or else she would have choked. This is ridiculous.
I love it when I order a bacon quarter pounder and it comes with no bacon!!!! Update 6/3 another bacon, quarter pounder with cheese, but no bacon gotta love this place
