I waited 23 minutes for my food Fries were cold. When I asked for new they just put them in & out of grease. They were not cooked & gross. The employees need to be taught that it is a "Fast" food restaurant. They move too slow for fast food & too slow for how good they are paid. My 1/4 pounder was put on a hamburger bun & it was dry.

I have gone quite often on my way home from work, simply because i work 3rds and its an easy bite before bed, however recently it seems like everyone workin there has an attitude about something. Doesnt know how to have a decent attitude about anything. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but seriously. If you hate your job, leave it. Id much rather get my food from someone that enjoys being there at least a little to someone who i cant even say "have a good day" without getting an eye roll or my card/receipt handed back with an attitude. As if i did something wrong by ordering food at 645am.

Not sure what has changed in the last few months but the service is terrible, the food is getting terubble and the manager slam the window in my face for complaining about the service, I suspect that they need to get a new manager I would assume is racist by the amount of black people working there.Update: some how it's gotten worse since last time
