Went in there waited a long time ! Then got in car they gave us the wrong order ! Went back in got the other sandwich that was supposed to be ! I ordered a steak and egg bagel the wrapper was right but inside after I started eating was a bacon and egg bagel wtf never will I order from this place again

I'm giving them 3 stars simply because I've had their food so much, I'm getting kind of burned out on it. The staff is friendly enough, if not a bit flustered sometimes. I've only had two bad experiences here, but other than that, this is a nice place attached to the gas station.

Sending people to a spot to wait after ordering in the drive through is fraud and not fair. McDonald's is fudging their wait time numbers nationwide. It should be illegal. This McDonald's especially sucks because they have forgotten about me for over 15 minutes multiple times waiting in a spot.

Came here for the very first time in along time for breakfast had the steak and egg sandwich with English toast was order number #621 was disgusting as hell no flavor taking only 2 bite and throwing it out at least my smoothie was good but the food failed you company was so good years ago, what is it high price low quality food when I use to come here all the time and I am talking around 2001 when the food was really good and people cared about the quality of food today disgusting will never order again that’s a promise

Women at the drive through was rude, and then we waited in a spot for our food to be done for 16 minutes. Eventually we had to go in and ask about our food and they told us some excuse but it was cold as if they forgot about us
This used to be the best McDonald’s this area has to offer but sadly this has drastically changed lately. I’m tired of the game of having cars line up waiting to order because the employees are on a timer to serve quickly - the game is the customer sits & waits while the employees serve one customer at a time completely through the line of paying & receiving food in order to keep their service times within the standards set by corporate. This causes a delay & inconvenience for the customer. Using the app is a complete joke now when trying to order ahead & pickup inside. You have to ask for your cup, if you drink tea you are expected to fill it up with ice then return it to the counter, wait until someone notices you then they will fill it up (mornings) - this is not due to a lack of ice as I can hear it working for the drive thru behind the counter where all the employees are. Also you will wait a minimum of 10 minutes for your order once you arrive & get to wait in a lobby with a bunch of other’s who are also not happy. I have zero issues with the employees as far as they’re very friendly but definitely see a lack of effort to keep the process of FAST food moving as it should. One last complaint is the fries are always half full unless you order a small. I’m confident McDonald’s makes enough $$ to fill the container as it should be. PLEASE PLEASE revert to the way you once were & be the best in the area again!!
