My son ordered a footlong so he could eat it after he got home from work. He took one bite and pulled a fingernail out of his mouth. When I called the manager was no help at ALL. And had the nerve to tell me to have a good rest of my day. I have turned them into the health department, reported to corporate since I couldn't talk to the owner. Here's the picture of the fingernail. This is the nastiest filthy place I have ever been to. We will NEVER eat from there again.

I don't eat at Subway. This is in no way reflection of this particular location but I think the quality of their food as a franchise has kind of gone downhill. To be fair though I came here with slick deals pointing out discounts so I think that bears mentioning. With that being said the person who took my order at this location was accurate. I did not use the restroom so I couldn't tell you how clean they were. I didn't eat inside but at a passing glance it did not seem unsanitary. I did not see any food wrappers on the tables. I had my food toasted in an oven so it had a nice caramelized texture on the cheese. The chicken was fine and didn't taste like it was from the can. The bread was kind of bland and flavorless though.

I ordered a spicy meatball sub on the app. I got everything but the meatballs in my sub and had to drive back. Only thing they did to make it right was remake my sub. They threw the messed up sub away and wouldn't let me keep it cause it's "policy". This isn't the first time I've had to drive back to them for messing stuff up. Sad that Mount morris doesn't have more options cause if they did I don't think this subway would still be open.

Very friendly staff, very good subs and a wide selection. I would rate this franchise a 5 star or better if I could, but since this franchise wants to charge up to $15.00 for a foot long sub. I find that price hike to much to go back for a good sub. I know prices are going up everywhere but to double what it used to be is ridiculous.

Black forest ham footlong with onions, olives, lettuce & tomato. I I got 5 olives on my entire sub and a pinch of lettuce. I asked for no sauce on the sub and for mayo packets they sent me out with 1 packet. What a joke don't waste your money here. The reviews speak for themselves drive to Clio!! Pass on this one!!

Do not order your food using the app. I have ordered twice where subway has taken my money but does not get the order. Then you go to the store and the employees tell you there is nothing you can do. Which I understand it’s not their fault but subway needs to do something about this. They do not have an easy cooperate number to call. You have to submit a ticket online. I received my money back in 24 hours but no response from the company. Screw them.

I have been attempting to order online and in the app for this location for almost an hour. I finally called the location, and apparently the owner does not honor the coupons advertised by subway. I promise that I will drive miles out of my way to go to a different location, rather than going to this one, although it is much more convenient.
