Consistently terrible service and food. The service is terrible because they can’t seem to get the orders right or even properly make the food they sell. It’s seriously bad and for how expensive Taco Bell has become I’d rather spend my money at a real restaurant.

I’m not sure if there is a group of snails working in here or something but the amount of time that I was stuck in drive through is completely ridiculous. If I wanted to wait for 30+ minutes for food then I would have never come here. I will never come here again. Also, stop giving people food with barely any cheese.

Went through the drive thru with two cars ahead of me. Ordered with the computer and pulled up and half an hour later still hadn’t moved. I would have left but you can’t. Finally got to the window after 45 minutes of waiting and the woman said not one word to me. Not a hello or a thank you. Literally not one word. Customer service here is the worst I have seen. Do not go here.

THEY SUCK! hire better employees don't want to take orders BECAUDE THEY WANNA TAKE A SMOKE BREAK. SUN 8/3/25 12p.m just got off a shift and wanted some food just to pull up to a group of them outside smoking and saying there systems needed updated then I tried the night before and they were closed but still had a whole hour to go. As someone who knows how management works this is very unprofessional. You all need to get your employees under control cuz im sure alot of people are sick of it.

I sit in the drive-through for 30 minutes finally makes it to the speaker. Let the guy know I have two DoorDash orders get to the window. He gives me one of my orders then tells me I have to go back around to get the other order so now I have to go back around and get in drive-through again and wait another 30 minutes and it’s the manager at the window taking orders
