SUN 8/3/25 12p.m just got off a shift and wanted some food just to pull up to a group of them outside smoking and saying there systems needed updated then I tried the night before and they were closed but still had a whole hour to go. As someone who knows how management works this is very unprofessional. You all need to get your employees under control cuz im sure alot of people are sick of it.

I sit in the drive-through for 30 minutes finally makes it to the speaker. Let the guy know I have two DoorDash orders get to the window. He gives me one of my orders then tells me I have to go back around to get the other order so now I have to go back around and get in drive-through again and wait another 30 minutes and it’s the manager at the window taking orders

Over the duration of this last year, TB in Mt. Morris has been consistently terrible. My main issue is that they never fail to make a sloppy mess out of your order, they never fail to mess up special orders, and the kitchen is always ragged looking. Dynamics are interesting in that place, there is a young shorter man whom works the window and he always does a fantastic job taking orders but the cooks are careless right behind him. There is another window worker named Frankie. Frankie one time helped me when I returned with a messed up order, she blamed me for the receipt being wrong and argued with me in the drive through until I asked for my money back instead of doing the remake. That confrontation felt like a competition of ego, it was very strange. Other workers seem to be part of a revolving door. Almost always, someone is smoking outside near the door. They like to blasting music in the pick up window. And the classic.. entertaining reckless conversations with their coworkers while they handle customers, overall very unprofessional and it very clearly directly affects the quality of their work. I've been driving to Clio or Pierson road for the last few months, it's been worth the gas.

If I could give 0.1 stars I would. Only reason for .1 is cuz they a taco bell. Every person in here is unprofessional. I hear them talking about drugs and fights and stuff that shouldn't be talked about during works hours with people in the front of the store. I doordash in mt morris so I frequently come here, I also have lived here for a year.now and I refuse to eat here because every single time I get food from them it is destroyed. Not even wrong the food its jus mandhandled, not cooked properly. I've been had my food practically thrown into my car. They be giving people attitudes and are extremely rude most of the time. The whole store should either be fired or it should be shut down. Both lines are always incredibly dirty if you have a food allergy they do not care. They have no care for quality of food either. Stale hard as frap tortias. This is jus the absolute worst store I've ever had the displeasure of coming into so much. It's disgusting to think that TACO BELL allows this type of stuff in their stores

But I’m polite everytime and still randomly get those rude af cashiers who feel like I’m the dude to take their day out on. Please 👏🏻 get on top of this. Because it makes me wanna just go across the street to KFC or down the street to McDonald’s or Subway. Like there’s plenty of options lol, and they don’t include rude angsty workers. I’m not the only one in the area who feels this way either. It gets talked about.

Way too much sauce and not enough other ingredients on my chicken flatbread melts like come on now how hard is it to make one of your easiest items also no napkins in the bag My boyfriend's burrito was folded in half like what? they have the stupidest employees I've ever encountered at any Taco Bell in my entire life don't waste your time just go down the street to a different one!

My husband and I came through the drive through tonight. On our way to the drive through, we noticed there were several employees in the lobby sitting at the high top tables on their phones. When we got to the drive through, we were told the computers were updating and they were unable to take orders. Seems extremely strange that a company would update computers during business hours when the business closes at 2am.
