Absolute horrible service, I think it might be the worst one I've ever been to.. The so-called employees, don't know how to assemble a sandwich properly... And then on top of that you order a cold sandwich that you don't want warmed and the staff is so idiotic that they Set your cold sandwich (Specifically said you didn't want warmed) on top of a freshly cooked pizza so by the time you get home it's mush and disgusting... This place needs new management all around. If I could leave 0 stars I could. Subway in general needs better inspectors, absolute horrible service.

Only fill the steak cup half full and charge you for the full cup. Didn't put everything on that was asked for. Subway has increased the price and giving you less than before. Now subway is more expensive than other fast food places for basic food that's sub-par. Won't be back to any subway.

I'm not one to complain unless something really upsets me and I'm not even really upset, just a little disappointed with the customer service that I had encountered. We ordered online to pick up and it said our order was ready on the mobile app. I went to get the order and noticed a line. So, I went and got what I needed and when I was done, the line hadn't moved. There were about 4 people ahead of me- no big deal, they were busy. I did however, ask the gentleman working if there were any to go orders ready. He responded that they had not gotten to that yet and apologized. No worries. I got in line and stood there for about 30 Mins. As I'm standing there, I'm listening to the way he is talking to other customers and I'm not impressed. He asks one customer "is it done?" He was referring to if she wanted anything else on her sandwich. Really? Anyway, I finally get up there and he talked so fast that I didn't hear what he asked me so I just told him the breads I wanted. I tell him what meats I want and them forgot what my husband wanted
I said "oh I forgot what my husband wanted, can you see it on the receipt?" He pauses and says, "oh wait...did you have a to go order for alex?" Umm yes. "I replied yes. He says "oh that one's done." WHAT. he hands me the bag and doesn't even apologize. I am just lost for words. I probably will not be ordering from there again.

The lil girl at counter is very rude everytime we go there! Shes hollers that she doesnt have something everyone comes there for. Subway loses $ bcuz nobody wants to deal with her. And if they do have what we want u have to tell her 3x or more what to put on it. Very unprofessional! She should not work there!
The girl working at the front was horrible. She threw a fit bc we wanted sauce on only half of one of our footlongs and then put so much pepper on our subs it was so spicy. My husband then proceeded to apologize for our complicated order (of sauce on only half the sub) and she threw the bag of subs at us. Then proceeded to yell at the girl in the back that she was making her boyfriends sub and going outside with him so she needed to get up front. She was absolutely horrible.
Always out of pizza. And they never have the meatball subs. Workers very rude. Just not a good place to go eat
Rude to customer
They take my money out of my Bank account and when I go in there the System manager say she can’t do anything about it and will not make my food I pay for and I will get my money back and will never go back in there when she there
