Blessings to you all, I am leaving this review for Garrett I stopped in yesterday after going to show support to the family of a friend who passed away and I must say the welcoming demenor of Garrett (subway employee) Austin (shell employee) and a young lady whose name I don't know should be commended the entire store was clean and inviting and their attitudes were not only professional but also uncommonly good those three are a blessing to Shell and the Nashville community.
I totally understand being in training, and being busy, but tonight was a definite trainer fail. Trainee coughed into her hand and then tried to roll the wrap (ended up with new wrap for free); had to ask multiple times for the bacon that comes in my wrap; was supposed to have rotisserie chicken and got grilled. Overall, worst order ever, and we order here a lot.

We drive all the way from Hastings just to get subs from the Subway in Nashville, and it’s 100% worth it. The sandwiches are always fresh and made just the way we like them. The staff actually takes the time to listen and put in the effort when you ask for personalizations, which makes a big difference! Every time we’ve gone, the food has been great and never disappointing.
