After being told across street that the kitchen was closed(at 7:35 on sat nite), I went to the store looking for something to eat. The lady working there said this place was open, so I drove over. The staff was SUPER! I ordered a hot turkey sandwich to go. I’d been thinking about comfort food since that morning. The food is very good, not great and the service is friendly. The best part is the amazing views out onto the lake. Has an authentic, country atmosphere. The croutons on the salad bar are the best I've ever had. Highly recommended!!
Everything about this place was wonderful! We had breakfast and the portions were huge and the price was reasonable. Our waitress was very friendly and the view of Lake Michigan was beautiful. We will stop there again when traveling.
