Hi, I thought a place that is supposed to be a popular place and has good food was slow in customers. It was a Sunday early evening could it be that no one wanted to eat that early? The food was good and the waitress we had was very nice.

Food was hot and okay. Kinda expensive for burgers. Lots of TVs though so great for Game day and lots of room.

We've been to a lot of places that miss something on an order but here the staff went out of their way to make sure they got it right and then didn't charge us for the mistake. Hard to find this level of service in chain restaurants. This is our new and only burger place we'll go to now. Food was delicious!

The food is isn't bad but they pile on the condiments, too much mustard and mayo, the waitresses are pretty lazy, if you're lucky they come to the table for the bill,

Went on a date here, we were the 2nd group here, the other group was a rowdy bunch of golfers, probably 12 of them and they sat us right next to them. Whole resteraunt was open. Nachos were good tho, burgers were pretty decent, idk if I would choose to go back, but it was ok.

Cool experience, amazing service and great food! Not too busy on a Saturday night and sat right down. Friendly service staff and top tier cocktails. We had the chicken salad and train wreck burger and they were both a home run!

Food was terrible,raw burger ordered medium received red raw meat cold inside. Milkshake was like ordering a glass of chocolate milk. Waitress Mia stated she has worked there for 2 years. Said she was going to comp our meals as it took them 2 times to try and get it right and they still messed it up then they charged us anyway. 45 dollars for 2 burgers fries and one chocolate milk . Bad Bad Bad definitely don't waste your time or money on this place.

We ordered two burgers, both medium.One with no onion or tomatoes and the other plain meat bread and cheese. They were both literally raw not even “rare” still mooing ?. And mine came with onion and tomatoes all over it. She comes back to the table and we explained what the problem was and that we couldn’t eat raw hamburgers. I said there was onions and tomatoes on mine and she looks at the bill and says oh yea it said no onion and tomatoes. She took them both away, came back and said that our meal would be comped. So when you comp a meal it means it’s “on the house” we reordered. I ordered a grilled cheese on sourdough and he ordered another hamburger. She brings our food back and my grilled cheese is on pumpernickel. I told her I ordered sourdough. I did not feel like waiting for another sandwich so I dealt with it and did not end up finishing it. Now comes the bill. Apparently they have no idea what a comped meal is for there ignorant improperly prepared foods. They charged us for the new order that was wrong as well!! And she says well they took off the other two meals!! We didn’t eat them!! They were sent back! Not to mention the second one came back to me wrong as well. We thought for our inconveniences they were comping our bill. Had I known I would have gotten up and left and went some place else. We looked at the bill and under the improperly cooked meals were “didn’t like”. The first set of charges were taken off on the bill…,well no kidding we didn’t like it. It was raw!! And dressed up with onion and tomatoes. The waitress needs to pay better attention to her orders and how they are coming out before she serves them to her tables. And the cook needs to learn how to read his orders a little better! And the manager needs to learn what a “comped meal” is!!! Completely incompetent. And this is why all the restaurants are shutting down with shoddy service like this! No wonder they weren’t busy….

Out of 6 take out orders only 1 was right. A well done burger means no pink and it would be nice if everything was in the bag. If want this kind of quality I can go to Macdonald. Do better your a burger restaurant.

So often, everyone wants to reinvent the French fry. Belgium fries? Hand cut ok but brown/black. And how can you mess up a burger? And the little electric train was broken. I believe thy will most rebrand it. Redecorating won't help. Although. Taking tounge oil to the tables might help. Tables were sticky and chairs were wobbly. Too many staff for the place. Location. Birch Run. I won't return, fries were burnt according to policy.
