Dined in and I had the nachos appetizer it was lousy overcooked and overpriced…my daughter had the pretzel appetizer and it was better than what I ordered. It’s pretty bad when pretzels take the win over loaded nachos… I feel they owe me $40.00…never again!

I ordered cheese fries and they gave me a sliced up peice of cheese on cold fries and I let the waitress know to at least warm them up, and she was very rude and would not. The food was terrible and horrible service. If I could share a picture I

Me and the wife decided to go there because of the one by Flint but we felt like we didn't belong the environment and people were not welcoming but our waitress was very pleasant but we don't know if we're going to go back to that particular one we might but after that experience maybe not!
The hamburger and onion rings were very good the fries were not.The waitress was very good at her job.She took the fries off my bill for me.

Way overpriced.$65 for two burgers (thin and way over cooked), a miller lite and a mixed drink? Server didn’t even know what Bombay was and took 20 minutes to bring our drinks. Mediocre service and food was meh. Waste of money IMO

The overall quality of this chain has just dropped completely. The fries come out soggy and the build your own burger sheets are long gone. They assume that you just know the available toppings and then you read it off to them. SUPER LAME. There is zero point to this chain anymore.
