I’ve only ever heard great things about Bayview. So when I stopped in to find out for myself I discovered that every positive review was absolutely true and then some.I was greeted with an assortment of tantalizing aromas and incredibly welcoming smile from the staff found behind the counter.The danishes I ordered were very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Personally I would have paid significantly more and had been equally satisfied.I highly recommend this bakery...

Discovered this bakery at the Eastern Market and everything I've tried this year I've loved. The cinnamon roll is the best I have ever had. Just the right amount of fluffy dough and buttery sweetness. I will gladly make a special trip to New Baltimore to visit the real bakery on the water sometime soon.

There is an artist working in New Baltimore and her medium is pastry! The sweet and savory pastries are so delicious and mouth watering, you will want to go back for more. I know I will!
