I waited in line for 25 minutes before finally leaving. About 10 minutes in, I was told, “I’ll be right with you,” but after another 15 minutes of silence, nothing happened. This points to poor management and lack of accountability among employees. Having worked at Biggby for 3 years across multiple locations, I can confidently say this is not the standard the brand should represent. Based on other reviews, the staff here seem loud, careless, and mostly inexperienced. If this continues, I wouldn’t be surprised if this location doesn’t last a few more years.

Hands down best place ever! Robert is a ray of sunshine every single time we go here! The whole staff is so sweet! Whoever owns this place did a fantastic job at staffing! And the employees rave about there ownership.... impressed which is hard these days at any coffee or fast food chain.

I went to this location yesterday and it was horrible. The staff was rude and very disrespectful. They got my order wrong and it took forever to get my food. I also ended up finding hair and a fingernail in my food. DONT COME HERE !!!!

Great coffee and staff. Very clean. Wish the entry was a bit easier as it’s often a challenge to get in when the line starts to grow. You may be better off parking down the road and just walking in to get your coffee though.
