Ordered a 4 sq cheese pizza. It wasn’t ready when I got there, and I had to wait about 10 minutes. The counter was dirty with hair on it. Also, the parking lot was full of snow, ice, and slush. Very hard to walk through & carry a pizza. Guy came from the back with gloves on and was touching the phone, that the cashier uses (she touches money) then the guy went back into the kitchen to continue making food. Katie attended more to the phones than to the customers in the lobby. That’s poor customer service. I’m physically in your store! The Warren location never lets me down. Be more like Warren… Floors had not been swept or mopped(there was pop under the fridge) Clearly I was waiting there a long time….

Im here again, I figured I would give them another try. Told pick up 515pm then 452pm with the final text at 450pm. Of course its not ready and alot of people waiting. Its just like they opened not sure who runs this location but its pretty pathetic. Food is good just know your always going to wait. Terrible service! Good luck!!!

They put absolutely no cheese on the pizza anymore. All sauce, The last two I ordered I tossed out. Before that I had never had a bad pizza. No consistency.

Took my handicap father there for lunch and he had to go to the bathroom, went all the way to the bathroom and it was locked. Had to go all the way back upfront to get the key by then he couldn’t hold it..🥺
There’s no way any restaurant should be able to LOCK a bathroom from their patrons and have to request a key to use it… 🤔

Came into store on Christmas Eve. Was Greeted by a Very friendly Cashier. My food was ready and waiting. They were very busy but they all were friendly smiling and kind. There was only 3 people working but they were very quick and helping each other out. Thank you to the wonderful Manager that helped me out her name was Shauna. I appreciated all of them cuz they were stuck working on the holiday, but they kept smiling and working hard. The food was awesome.

Decent is all I can say, nothing outstanding and I feel over the years the quality of meats used in the salads has gone down. Also the size of the catering salad is like half what it was 5 years ago. Probably won't be back much other than special occasions.
Picked up a gluten free pizza and this time it was a mess. I called the store and spoke to Misty, the supervisor, and she made it right. We appreciate her help!

Eh nothing special to write about. The crust was hard as a rock which made it inedible.. on top of it not tasting all that great. The rest of the pizza was alright I suppose. Definitely better pizza out there! Good luck!

We live in Fair Haven and have been Jet's Pizza fans for a while UNTIL We tried Buddys @ 23 & Gratiot and WOW everything they offer is AWESOME! Delicious Pizza, Antipasto salad, Mac & Cheese, Spaghetti, Mostaccioli, Increadibly delicious Meat Balls in sauce and Bread Sticks. Absolutely worth the drive. Military & First Responder discounts. Eat in or Carry out. Caution; Habit Forming. Thanks, Shauna for the latest Feast :)
