The staff working this location are great. Everyone is professional and nice. The food is always prepared quickly and it's always hot. The remodel took some of the fun and life out of the building (everyone is doing the terrible minimalism trend, but it's soulless), but overall a good experience at this location.

Don't eat here has animal poop on sandwiches it wasn't edible made me feel sick. The food is always gross here id rather go somewhere else than end up.sick from ingesting mouse or rat poop or whatever was on the bottom of the burger.

Was there over half an hour. No coke. The 2 people that came in after me got their food before we did, and both their orders were wrong.

Since when can I not have the jalapeño cheddar tots with my whopper meal? Seriously! I have never in my life not been able to get the tots with my meal. I asked the drive through girl when this changed and she just said she don't know and that management was uptight. I do not care how uptight management is, I would of paid extra if needed but that wasn't an option either. So I decided to get the onion rings instead and those were even cold. I guess this proves why I haven't had bk in such a long time, I'm angry about the food and service bc I should be able to have it my way but not if I go to the bk in New Baltimore.

They have this one worker here that has a bad ankle and has her pulling weeds when i would think thats not in the job description!And there's this one manger here that is not very friendly to there co workers and the people who come here for food

I hadn’t eaten all day.. I rolled into Burger King at 11:57 PM, not knowing they closed at midnight. Instead of eye-rolls or a limited “we’re out of half the menu” speech, Sammie treated me like it was noon on a Saturday. She smiled, told me I could order anything on the menu, and made it fresh like it was the very first order of the day.

That kind of kindness and patience at the very end of a long shift deserves recognition. Sammie didn’t just serve food: she served humanity at its flame-grilled finest. Corporate, take notes: if you’re looking for the definition of customer service, it’s Sammie at 11:57.

Give that woman a crown, because she’s the true Burger King.

Ordered bacon double cheeseburger and the bread on burger was not good at all. There is no way the bread is same. It looked darker then normal. They must be going cheap. Also you can tell the sandwich was microwaved. It makes the sandwich taste foul. Keep saying never again. Bad business.
