Ordered door dash for the kids tonight. They forgot all our drinks and my salad was wrong. I disputed it with DD and had to reorder the shakes for the kids. I didn’t worry about the salad or the other drink. To my surprise, the owner John delivered them to my door with ALL the drinks and the correct salad. Wonderful customer service! Thank you!

Our favorite chick-FIL-A! We love all the employees, especially Erika, Samantha, Lilly, and Kristine ❤️🫶 The owner, John, puts his heart and soul into his business and goes out of his way to personally get to know his customers and the Chesterfield Township community ❤️

Walked into restaurant apparently as they were getting ready to close. The lobby is full of customers waiting to order and pick up food. Worker said they meant to lock the door, but didn’t and after about 5 minutes of waiting in line a worker walked out told us they were closed and asked us to leave without taking order. Will never try this restaurant again.

What can you expect from a brand new restaurant? Just getting things in order. Nevertheless, everything ran smooth, very polite. As usual and being a Christian owned company, I can definitely say as a Reverend owners and the company do the best that they possibly can during opening stages. And this is definitely a great location. Just give it some time to get things in place. Then, "...you'll know a tree by its fruit"! Ha, seen what i did there?! ☝️ See-ya!!!!

The service from the black lady that gave us our order at the end was the best!! but the guy that took our order for some reason put chicken strips on the receipt for my southwest salad when we said grilled.. had to fix it 2 different times they let us keep the Cobb salad that they gave us by mistake lol so that was cool but it shouldn't of been put in as chicken strip salad when no one asked for that was my point and my mama ordered a 3 piece tender for her meal but got barely a 2 piece like the kids meal tiny ass nugget instead of tenders and her fries were cold.....this food is ok idk why the hype for subpar chicken wasting people money this location will get better I'ma pray on it cause they need the help..

Where do I start, not new to the Chick-fil-A chain which originated down south and have been to many in different states which is one of my favorite food chains, but this new location there is kinks, it just opened 2 days ago but the drive thru line was slower then other locations, when getting to the window our salad was wrong(fried chicken strips) When telling the employees that it was wrong and we wanted the regular salad like how it’s made on the menu (grilled) they brought out another salad made the exact same way as the first one(fried) apparently rung up wrong by the employee because his trainer was talking to the other employees out socially instead of helping him. The 3rd salad brought out had cold grilled chicken on it. There was not supposed to be any customizations just the regular salad on the menu, then get home to see the 3 piece chicken strip meal we ordered had 2 strips and a tail of a strip and all of the food was cold from us waiting for the corrections. Maybe in the future when they be opened longer things will get better I hope because we love Chick-fil-A.

Food was amazing! Chicken much more healthy than other places. Service was normal as wanted and atmosphere is very bright and happy.
Vegetarian options: They have a large variety of salads for any vegetarian!
Dietary restrictions: Much more healthy than most places, many options, if any restrictions tell staff.
Parking: There would be enough parking the only issue is that it can get very placed very fast. Get there ASAP
