Went here with kids, and it was a shockingly bad experience. We were told the sides came included with the kids' meals. They were not, and they doubled the meal prices (two kids meals cost more than our two adult meals!). Also, there were no changing tables in either bathroom, so I had to take our baby out to be changed in the van. Also, I never realized how bad the atmosphere is. It feels like eating in a warehouse. There was no music playing, only a low industrial humming. The warehouse looks extends to the bathroom, which my five-year-old was nervous to enter. I get having an aesthetic, but they need to update theirs to one that's at least a little inviting. The floor was horribly messy, looking either like a bunch of pigs had left just before we got there or it hadn't been swept in hours. And, of the utensil containers, the fork one had plenty of forks, the spoon one also had plenty of forks, and the knife one was empty.If it were just my wife and me, it would have been pretty good (though I maintain paying almost $3 for a scoop of (albeit delicious) guacamole is insane). We had a gift card today, but honestly I would dread going back all together even with another gift card.

NEVER ordering delivery from this restaurant's again, litterally everysingle time I order delivery they mess up my order , it’s ALWAYS something/multiple things missing, and made careless!!!! This was my final time , I was given a broken burnt tortilla , and of course they didn’t deliver my side!!! Worst chipotle

I was greeted with a smile and helped when it was my turn. It appeared to be a full staff. Everyone seemed to be doing something. I just wish someone could wipe the counters where the food is "walked down" the line, wipe around the containers that the food sits in at the station, wipe the food off the glass that is running down it. It made it very hard for me to order the meals that I came in there for without cringing. But I still placed my order, they were out of chicken and white rice as it was still being made so they got it from the online section. I just can't get over how much food was crusted and spilled all over, I had to ask for a new sour cream to be opened as the one in the station had a lot of corn all in it and my family is allergic to corn. I don't like to leave bad reviews, I would normally just rate it by stars but this isn't the first or second time I've walked in and seen the front counter or kitchen in state of disarray. Please fix this my family loves Chipotle.

i ordered a delivery ordered my little sister a kids cheese quesadilla… all she got was a warmed up tortilla!! she literally only wanted cheese and it wasn’t even put on there?! you can’t call them of course either you have to talk to a robot which is even more frustrating. anyways clearly they can’t put cheese on a tortilla but can charge you $10 for it and $5 for a pop that you won’t get either

It’s Chipotle so the food is always satisfying as expected. But this location is consistently an unkept mess. It’s not a manpower shortage - there’s always 7 or 8 employees. Problem is that half are standing around doing very little, when every table in the place is a mess with remnants from the last person who sat there. Clearly need a manager who knows how to manage

Probably the most disgusting dining area of any Chipotle I've ever been in. You could make a full bowl by scraping the filthy "left-overs" off each table. The floor is disgusting as well. You're left to dodge food, empty cups, and spent hot sauce containers as you walk up to place your order at the counter, which is flithy as well. They appear to have enough employees but they don't seem to care much about anything other than standing around talking when things are slow, rather than wiping a table down or using a broom to sweep up a bit. I won't be back. Disgusting.

This was the first time I've been to this Chipolte. Surprisingly, it was somewhat busy. I had a bowl, and it was pretty good. The only issue I saw was that there was a man taking orders and making the food that had a full size beard. It looks like he was trying to use a couple rubber bands wrapped around it to try to keep hair and dander from dropping into the bins of ingredients. Maybe I'm wrong, but from what I understand, Michigan state and Servsafe regulations require employees with any hair, including beards that work in the kitchen area to wear a net. They had good handicapped parking and plenty of room to navigate inside the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: A few handicapped parking spots, and plenty of room to maneuver around when you get inside.

My husband went to chipotle on 23 mile road in chesterfield Michigan. We had got the chicken and steak bowl for dinner. I asked for salsa but got hot sauce instead. There wasn’t barely any rice or lettuce and it was put together very messy. Due to me being pregnant I couldn’t eat it. It was too spicy for me. Couldn’t take it back to the location because my husband had to go to his second job. I called the location but the machine said to make a complaint through the website. I simply just want a replacement order and get what I paid for.
