I've come here twice late at night and they've given me freezing cold steak on my street taco and old burned ground beef on my regular taco. Another dine in time, the guac was brown and the chips were stale. I brought it back up and they just smiled and said sorry. No replacement or refund was offered. Now with the kiosk ordering, the staff ignores you until the order is ready. If you want a receipt for your order, you must give them your personal information--an email address or scanning a QR code, which certainly will install a cookie on your device. They have a term for what's happening now. Corporate Enshetification. It's happened here.

Seriously save your time and money, go elsewhere. Wasted mine here today. Completely rancid hard taco shells that couldn't be eaten. They either stored them too hot, or they are just old AF. SMH š¤®

Just know if you go to close to closing time you will be getting terrible food. Probably won't even be what you ordered it'll be whatever they have left in stock. Twice now I've ordered from here because it's one of the few places that feature being open so late which I liked and twice I've gotten terrible food. Once I ordered 2 burgers with the works plus extra! And what i received were 2 plain patties and bread not even cheese š and when I called the store all they had to say was "well were about to close we don't have anything" smh my second situation was pretty much identical to this one except I didn't even bother calling. Overall this place is open late but the food and the service are DEFINITELY CLOSED

This place has really taken a dive over the past couple months. An āepic burritoā is now the size of 1.5 tortilla chips. The bite you see taken? One solid bite of cold shredded cheese. And we waited 10 minutes at the drive thru. Probably our last time going to Del Taco.

Iāll give one star to this place because yall got me messed up fr ordered me a burrito, two hard crunchy tacos, and three layer queso the meat was old the rice was old the beans were hard and dry and like I can never look at Mexican food the same after eating from this place people like me work hard for my dollars and Iāll be damned if Iāll be spending my money on garbage it sucks because if I wouldāve bought it there, I would return it, but because it was delivered to me, I couldnāt tell them how I felt

Paid $6 for a tiny burrito with hard rice and burnt meat+ a pop for almost 10 dollars in total. . The lady at the drive through, I gave her 5 singles and a 5 dollar bill, and she scammed me out of a dollar. I didn't want to argue over 1 dollar, but watch your money folks, it's the holidays and people take advantage! I hope I don't get food poisoning from food that wasn't turned over... I won't be coming back!

Manager on duty very rude. Went inside placed my order and was given cold fries and when I asked for fresh fries he replied I guess so with an attitude took my cold food back and rather then discarding them he put them back under the heat lamp after I already touched them to probably serve them to another customer.
The taco shell was cold.
