This place really needs to get it together. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have been too. I’ve been here THREE times now and 2 out of the 3 times they have messed my order up or have had missing items. Went today and was more less told I was lying about my items I was missing and that they (never mess orders up) also not being able to upcharge for a different drink if your not a coffee drink is just crazy to me. I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t do an up charge and makes you pay the full price for that drink! Do better!! I guess I’ll just stick to Biggby in new Baltimore.

I ordered a Oreo cappy for my daughter. Thank God I took a sip before I gave it to her because it had a strong chemical taste. I bought it back in and he refused to refund me, only would make another which I didn’t trust.

This is the absolute WORST Dunkin Donuts location that I have ever been to. Nobody has been there around 5:00 a.m. on a weekday. Shame on me for giving them 3 chances to make a sale. Last Monday was the 3rd strike! Posted hours and Google state open at 5:00 a.m. The app accepts my order, but then nobody is there at 5:20 a.m. to fill it. This last time I called the number listed on Google. It just rang. I kept calling, finally some man I couldn't understand answered the phone. I told him my name and asked for the manager because I wanted a refund for the order not received. He told me manager there at 7:00 a.m. I called mid morning and spoke to him. He found order, seemed to understand that his employee was late opening. Offered to fill my order. I was 70 miles away, not expecting to return for a week. He said he would give me a refund, allegedly couldn't credit in Dunkin app, and for me to stop in. I did this last Thursday evening. Employee knew nothing about it. I will not be back.

I’ve been here several times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have yet to get a correct order. Or I have to correct it at that window. They upsized my drink every time. The Indian dude argued with me at the window about the amount of drinks I ordered. 3 it was 3 of literally the same thing. And I spoke very loud and clearly cause I’ve learned no one speaks English. Except to take your money.

The baskin robins is trash. Incorrect orders everytime. I call to fix and they can’t understand my question, and I can’t understand what they’re saying. No offense but if you can’t get the order right you have to be able to understand how to fix it atleast

Orders are always delicious and consistent, which is key!! The staff is always so kind and courteous.
The worst!! I’ve been there once and called once. 2 strikes you’re out for this place. You can’t even make up how ridiculous it was. The first time I went there I wanted Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream. German chocolate cake was my favorite, but they did not have it. There was like one scoop in the bottom of the jug. I asked if they had more. The guy behind the counter, didn’t understand what I was saying at all. The people behind the counter don’t speak English. It’s unbelievable. I pointed to everything I wanted. I called back today to see if they had German chocolate cake ice cream. The guy said chocolate cake? I said no, German chocolate cake, ice cream. He said we have chocolate chips after I was on hold. I tried to explain one more time. He said we don’t have that. I’m not too sure about that. I won’t be going back. Ever!! I had to laugh about it when I got off of the phone. It was so ridiculous.

Get my order wrong every time. Charges me for mediums when i say small. Uses dairy when i say not to cuz im allergic. Food is always undercooked. Waste of money and time. Wont be going any more. Gave to many chances. Go to a local place that actually cares.
