Where do I start?? I asked if they had baby cones they said no only one size ok that's but the Frozen yogurt was not that good. I have had better. Then I asked how the pizza was.oh it's really good. ok I'll get two slices please. The young lady hands me my pizza I looked at the slices and asked when it was made because they look like it have been sitting from the day before. So she tells me it was made fresh at 12 pm it's now 7:15 pm. Due to the pizza being 7 hours old I asked if I could get a refund. The guy man tried a few times but told me he couldn't get it to work. Then he told me he would be right back I assume he called the owner because he came back out and then told me that he could either make me a new pizza that would take 20 minutes to make. Or I could have the owner refund me my $6 later that day. So I said okay. Please have them refund me the money later.( I had my husband and young kids waiting in the car not waiting) Never got my money returned. Tried getting a hold of Carl the owner not getting any response. I would not recommend eating here. If you let your pizza sit out for 7 hours and you still try to sell it to your customers. How often are the frozen yogurt machines being cleaned??

Delicious ice cream, huge scoops. My daughter loves it there.
Little bit of attitude from staff thisn visit... they seemed irritated. Maybe it was just a busy day so they were tired or something. We bought 3 ice cream cones and spent 20 something bucks, but then they wouldn't even give my 3 year old a tiny cup of water...kinda rubbed me the wrong way.

They had pomegranate dole whip!! This place is delicious, and right by the park on the water. So you can get your ice cream then go enjoy it across the street!

Wasn't very busy, we ordered 3 items and the employees on 2 items said they didn't have all the stuff to make what we ordered. Kinda disappointing for the money we spent !!
I'm pretty sure most of the reviews are from family and friends because it was not great at all, and it was on a Thursday in April. Toppings were sparse and or empty. Their vegan options were pitiful. They tasted like frozen juice, not quite a sorbet. $8 for two tiny cups. Not worth it, won't return.

Absolutely love this place!!! We’ve only lived in New Baltimore for two years and we’ve been there quite a few times with our grandkids and they ALL love it. Perfect place in downtown New Baltimore.!!! Everyone is always so nice and friendly also!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Yum ?
