I love Jets & its great at every location I've ever been to, except this location. It's 5 minutes from me, but I always order my jets from any other location & drive an extra 20 minutes each way because it's just never good from this particular location. I try once a year from this spot & it's nowhere near as good as any other jets ive been to. I've never had a bad experience any any other jets, but ive never had a good experience at this location. I don't know what it is, but its nothing like any other Jets location? I wish it was, cuz I'd save a ton of time driving to Richmond, macomb or algonac for my jets fix!

Veterans get 20 percent off this year . It use to be 50 but like most other companies vets don't matter just the companies pocket book.Becauae you know they would go out of business if they gave the vets 50 percent off. I wonder how Texas Roadhouse olive garden and many more stays in business ,giving us vets a free meal ?

Don’t eat here, I ordered the 2 slices and a pop and watched them put 5 hour old pizza slice into the heater with nothing to covering it up as it sits on the counter out in the open. THEY REHEAT PIZZA. Don’t eat here

We ordered a delivery order that had specific instructions for the delivery driver (to protect him from our dogs) he ignored them. When we asked about it he was very rude and disrespectful. Manager/owner did not reach out

Honestly, I live in Algonac and the closest location is Marine city but the New Baltimore location is on my way home from work. This pizza used to be my favorite company to order from. The pizza I ordered was supposed to have double cheese, double sausage double green pepper (under cooked) and I paid for it. It did have it have the cheese, but they were very cheap in the toppings and the pizza was undercooked for a deep dish pizza.
