Always fast and friendly service and food can’t be beat for that coney restaurant style. You can tell the owner cares about his customers.

You just violated health department and state laws right on local TV when your cooks don’t wear hats or hairnets. That’s really disgusting.

Fine food. Find pricing.
Everything you’d expect from a Coney Island. Perfectly serviceable food. Not out of this world, not terrible. Good service. Fine portions.

The portion sizes were great, reasonable pricing. I really loved the Christian music playing. I will intentionally support a brother/sister in christ anyway I can.
Put me on hold for 10 minutes just to tell me they cant refund an item that they messed up themselves. They werent even that busy because I was just there. Do better.
The chicken strips my daughter got were good. I got the fish and chips and 2 of the pieces were brownish and very dry. Told my waitress and was given 2 more pieces and 1 of the 2 we're the same brownish and very dry. I didn't take a picture but I found a picture of what I'm talking about.

Jillian’s Coney Island absolutely blew us away! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt like we were walking into a place full of warmth, comfort, and genuine care. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming—like a hometown diner where everyone is treated like family.
One of the first things we noticed—and something that truly made the experience unforgettable—was the Christian music playing gently in the background. It wasn’t loud or overbearing, just soft and peaceful, creating such a calm and uplifting environment. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a restaurant that feeds not only your hunger but also your soul. Hearing that worship music while we ate brought such a sense of peace and gratitude—it truly made our hearts feel full. That spiritual touch made the entire experience feel extra special and meaningful.
Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with love. From the breakfast options to the classic coneys, everything we tried hit the spot. The portions were generous, the ingredients were high quality, and the prices were more than fair. You can tell the kitchen staff puts pride into every dish they serve. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we’ll order next time!
The service was just as impressive. Our server was kind, attentive, and had such a genuine, friendly attitude. It’s the kind of place where you’re not just another customer—you’re treated like someone who matters. The staff made sure we were well taken care of the entire time, and their kindness made all the difference.
Jillian’s Coney Island is a true gem—one of those rare spots that makes you feel good from the inside out. Between the delicious food, the uplifting music, and the welcoming vibe, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back again and again. Thank you, Jillian’s, for creating a space that feeds both body and soul. 🙌❤️
