Pulled up to the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me and it took over 20 minutes to get my order! Only ordered 2 subs and one of them was completely wrong. Pretty horrible all around.

Never been to a slower Jimmy John’s in my life, waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes for my food. They weren’t even understaffed, about 10 girls on the kitchen all not doing much. No apology or anything once I finally got up to the window. Not ran properly, with workers with a nonexistent work ethic.

She said her staff was good and completely ignored me and just kept telling me she will give me a credit. Extremely rude Mgr Ella.

Food's great. But there needs to be something in place to tell people there aren't drivers BEFORE placing their order. I'm tired of ordering delivery and getting notified after the fact that they've set up an Uber Eats delivery. I have Uber Eats, and if I wanted to order through the app, I would. I ordered through JJ because I expect them to be fast, but now I get to wait 45+ minutes for whatever random driver to bring the order. Figure it out, I mean??

Edited maybe 2 months later? I ordered delivery again. Same driver, still smelled like fish. Nasty

First I wanna say the lady that working the drive through 3-26-25 around 12pm was rude and wouldn’t let me ask for extra mayo packets at the time of ordering or even at the window it’s like she didn’t want at the drive through window and also there was only 1 car in the drive through beside myself.. and did not give me a receipt.. from that point I knew my order was going to be wrong and low and behold it was… tomato’s on my sandwich when specifically ordered NO tomatoes. Anyways Ive been coming to this location for a while, and when I first started coming my order was always correct and made the way I asked but that has went out the window in 2025, most of my orders have been screwed up and incorrect- I’ve gotten the wrong sandwich before.. my order is not that hard #9 No onion No tomato Extra mayo Extra oil and vinegar/sauce But most the time they barely put any mayo or oil and vinegar/sauce on the sandwich. And based off other reviews I’m not the only one experiencing this. I also don’t have time to come back and have them correct the mistakes with my food so. The store manager, district manager, employees and owner all need to do better in my opinion.
