Ordered delivery and it smelled like the driver just got back from a weekend fishing trip. Completely ruined my appetite. So gross.

Edited maybe 2 months later? I ordered delivery again. Same driver, still smelled like fish. Nasty

First I wanna say the lady that working the drive through 3-26-25 around 12pm was rude and wouldn’t let me ask for extra mayo packets at the time of ordering or even at the window it’s like she didn’t want at the drive through window and also there was only 1 car in the drive through beside myself.. and did not give me a receipt.. from that point I knew my order was going to be wrong and low and behold it was… tomato’s on my sandwich when specifically ordered NO tomatoes. Anyways Ive been coming to this location for a while, and when I first started coming my order was always correct and made the way I asked but that has went out the window in 2025, most of my orders have been screwed up and incorrect- I’ve gotten the wrong sandwich before.. my order is not that hard

But most the time they barely put any mayo or oil and vinegar/sauce on the sandwich. And based off other reviews I’m not the only one experiencing this. I also don’t have time to come back and have them correct the mistakes with my food so. The store manager, district manager, employees and owner all need to do better in my opinion.

I normally do not complain about fast food issues. But this store has got’n my order wrong through the drive-thru almost every time. A simple “no lettuce” request, each time i order there on my way to work, i get to work and open sandwich and it has lettuce. I could understand once or twice but every time. Today i watched through the drive thru window as employees were having fun and joking around with each other. I knew my order was going to be wrong.

I don’t mind people having fun at work but a little focus on your actual job would be nice.

I came to this Jimmy John’s today on 2/23/25, and it will be my last time coming to this location. I ordered 2 slim sandwich combos totaling over $20 and there was hardly any meat on either of the sandwiches. While I understand these are ‘slim’ sandwiches with less meat than the originals, there was barely a piece of turkey on each sandwich. The last time I ordered delivery, the order took over an hour to even be picked up by the driver. Yes, Jimmy John’s is now using Uber to deliver their orders. You can’t advertise ‘freaky fast’ if what you mean is ‘maybe an hour’. It’s clear the company is well-aware of these issues, as they reply to all reviews. Instead of giving a lazy reply, maybe reach out to this location and find out what the problem is. I will not be giving this Jimmy John’s any more business.

Absolute trash. Bread and cheese isn’t fresh and slow service. Not to mention if you ask for your sandwich cut in half, they will not do it. I have to threaten to send my food back in order for them to cut it. A bunch of children working there.Replace everyone at that location.

Online it shows they close at 10pm, I arrive at 8 and the doors are locked with employees just standing around in the back. What kind of business are you guys running over there, get your shit together!

I thought their motto was freaky fast, now they take a hour to deliver one sub because they use Uber. Freaky fast should not be their motto anymore since they decided to go with Uber who takes forever

This location is terrible with customer service when it comes to blacks, I was talked to any kind of way and I was rushed off the phone when I was making my order. Young girl on the phone was rude as ever. I will never be ordering from this location again smh.

It's was an amazing experience, they actually went 4 for 3 on making our subs wrong! We only noticed one wrong before we left, and the remake was wrong too!

Worst experience. Ordered delivery for a specific time, was not delivered and when I called up to check on the order, was told they could not check on the driver but it was out for delivery (30 minutes past delivery time). Called again in another 30 minutes (now an hour past delivery time) and was told it was delivered (was not) and that they could not issue a refund. When asked to speak with manager, I heard the manager in the background state “oh just give them the refund”. One hour late for delivery and difficulty receiving a refund, I will not return!

Got the number 13 Cubano sandwich, it came with 3 pieces of ham, a $12 sandwich and it's all just bread, a complete waist of money
