I placed a catering order from this store and visited it for the first time yesterday. The location was very clean, the order was prepared perfectly, everything was fresh and excellent. Not sure why some negative reviews, because seemed outstanding to me, including in contrast to some other Jimmy John's locations.

This Jimmy John's location is amazing. They are very clean. The food is always fresh. The customer service is wonderful. They are very friendly and welcoming. Chris the manager makes you feel at home. Jay has a smile that will light up anyones mood. I enjoy my food more from this location over any of the other stores, I have visited in MI. I have been hooked on their Chicken Caesar Wrap. The owner deserves an award for 2024! Please be sure to go and check out this location....

Called in an order over an hour ago, was charged, never received it. When I called I was told they got busy. Been calling again for over a half hour, no answer. I tried calling from multiple numbers, no answer. So ridiculous.... this location is terrible. Not the first time I had issues with them. Corporate needs to do something.
