there was quite literally no one there and they forgot my food. i didn’t get many things and they forgot my fries. this is SO annoying.

This place is horrible the service and everything you order they short your food forget the gravy with the mashed potatoes didnt give us all the biscuits I will find someone to talk to this isnt the first time and then once you get home they dont answer the phone this is the worst service ever wont go back !!! Not that they probably care manager disnt care when we were there and they didnt give ua all our strips to begin with I think they did it all on purpose !!No stars for this place we need to report this place !

Terrible service. Terrible. Tried to asked questions and were told they were “being timed.” Whatever that means. We didn’t understand what kind of meal deal they were offering or what we were ordering. Ended up paying $32 for 12 chicken strips while being rushed out of the drive thru. Literally shoved the bag of food into our hands and disappeared. We were the only people in the drive thru and just wanted more clarification on what we were ordering. Jesus Christ. Speed of service matters but so does customer service.

I went to this location at 8:00 PM, 2 hours before close, and they had no food. The girl told me they don’t want to make extra before close. I think that’s kind of wild being that you have a whole 2 hours left of your shift…

Ordered a 12 piece tender which was over priced compared to other KFC,s and relieved zero sauces after ordering 6 sauces. Called to complain and was told it's not there responsibility to put the sauces in the bag. Embarrassing management

I tried to apply the free deal the app suggested. I got to the window and they said it didn't work and to submit and try after.

However, you need to have it on the order I just confirmed. They said sorry and no deal.

I've not went there in a couple years and likely won't be back for a couple more.

This used to be the best KFC in the area. I would actually drive past two other locations specifically to go to this new Baltimore location, because the service and quality were far better than the rest.
No more! The new manager they have at this location is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with! I have over 25 years of retail management experience and if this woman worked for me, she wouldn’t be working anymore!
Ordered the saucy nuggets Through the app, and got them without the sauce because I wanted to get it on the side, Since my wife and I share them and she does not like the spicy sauce. Then I am told that They’re supposed to charge me for the sauce? They’re literally called saucy nuggets. I just wanted the sauce in the side. But because I wanted it on the side, I’m going to be charged? When I expressed my concern that this is ridiculous and that every time I show up at this location in the past six months, they give me more reasons not to come back. (I was very polite and calm just making a statement.) Manager states in a very snotty way, “That’s fine, we don’t want rude customers like you anyway.”
This was all especially annoying, considering the fact that the whole reason I was there is to get food that I was supposed to get two days before, but got home to discover that the food I ordered for the kids wasn’t even in the bag. Because of our distance from this restaurant, we ended up having to pick them food up from somewhere else.
To completely top it all off… All of the nuggets were hard and rubbery. Certainly not up to par with what I’ve come to expect from this location.
This is the third time that I’ve witnessed this manager, being rude and dismissive to the customer, and the second time it was directed at me!
I would like to add that the rest of the staff is always friendly and always seem to put the customer satisfaction first!
I will not be back!

Went there 3 employees were standing around told me.I had to order from the kiosk.Gave no directions on how to use the thing I had a coupon was not on the kiosk.Poor poor customer service will not be there again

I picked up chicken at the end of the day, maybe that will explain why it was overcooked and the chicken wings were like pigeon wings. Probably sitting out awhile.

There is no acceptable reason for KFC running out of chicken. The refused to give me a refund. No wonder all of the local KFC locations are closing.
