Brought our kids here for the first time and it was so good. Waitress was great, food was on point and the prices were totally reasonable! We’ll be back!

Food took a long time to come out. No baby seats were offered and were told we can't have the stroller inside. The stroller was not blocking any exits or isles. A 1 year old I'm your lap while trying to eat is very difficult due to them grabbing everything. Mean while the people sitting behind us also had a stroller and nobody told them to move it.

Second time at Knapp’s and the food has been on point. I have had both deep dish and wood fire pizzas. My husband has had chicken fingers and a cheeseburger. All phenomenal.
On our most recent visit we had the pleasure of have Alexandra as our server. She was so sweet to our 3.5 year and just all around skilled server who really loves her job. Next time we go back we will be asking for her!
Side note - wouldn’t recommend the onion rings, they really thick and my husband was not a fan and I didn’t even want to try one. But the fries are so good, love the seasoning.

1'st experience was amazing, but I thought it could have been a fluke. 2'nd experience was even better, but my wife and I thought it was too good to be true. Several experiences later and I'm convinced that this little gem is a New Baltimore staple and worth driving to for a great night out for amazing food and service. The only negative thing I'd say is that the steak bite appetizer is mid well every time even though temp is an option.

I'd like to put out there our service was great! Food took entirely too long. We got our appetizer and then waited an hour to get our food while people who came in after us were getting their food before us. When we eventually got our food it wasn't bad, I had the pizza and I don't think you can really screw that up. If we're in NB again maybe we'll give it another try.

Really cool place for looks, does tend to get loud if you like to hear the people at your table sometimes this isn't the place for that. Very busy fast paced place.
Excellent BLT pizza of sandwich. Wish drink prices were advertised. $6 for a Busch latte bottle is ridiculous.

Here are the reasons why I am rating this restaurant so poorly:
1. They messed up our order. I asked for a burger without onions on it, due to my friend being allergic, and it came with caramelized onions cooked right into it. Mistakes happen right? Well, read on.. 2. They made a mistake, but they did nothing to rectify it; and they’d rather see their customers starve than be satisfied patrons. Upon telling my server, Audrey, that the burger had onions on it — she didn’t offer a resolution (such as another burger, to take it off the bill, etc.), didn’t even apologize, and ran away from the table and didn’t come back for about 20 mins. 3. They charged us for the food my friend was allergic to. Once we received the bill, the burger was still listed on there. After pointing it out to Audrey, she said “there are no guarantees” that it can be removed. She then spoke with management and came back to the table, and told us that they wouldn’t remove the burger from the bill. 4. They lied; When we spoke with the manager, he claimed that Audrey told him that my friend ate most of the burger, so he wouldn’t be able to remove it from the bill. My friend showed it to him. To his dismay, Audrey clearly lied to him and placed blame on the customer. 5. The manager claimed to be “reusing” partially eaten food. The manager said that the only way he’d be able to remove the burger from the bill is if we gave it back to him. I wanted to feed it to my dog instead of wasting it. He claimed it wouldn’t go to waste because he would “reuse” it. My friend countered, “you’re going to reserve it to customers?” He stuttered suspiciously and denied it. 6. My friend left hungry. And while they finally removed the burger from the bill, we left angry and told him that we wouldn’t be back…and we won’t be.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was overpriced, bland, and the flavor that you could taste was mediocre at best.
I will go a step further than just not recommending. To care so little about the satisfaction, the health and well-being of customers that have severe allergic reactions, and to refuse to honor orders…I would advise you not to go there. And after reading other reviews, it looks like we were not alone in being treated this way.

Great place, great food, unless you want to watch something other than Lions or Tigers. They switch ALL the TVs to one game. Why have multiple sets if the fix is in?

This place really does feel like a garage with blocks and bumpers and the spark plugs chandelier. A man's kind of bar right here for sure. I don't what it was that made them so damn good specifically but this place has got the fried pickles down man. I'm already craving them again. Best fried pickles I've ever had hands down. Also the Cheeseburger was delicious as well. This establishment has earned my money. 11/10 overall I will be ordering takeout and datenight here in the near future.

Lovely old town feel beautiful setting near the water. Good was made fresh and perfect in flavor and serving size. Service was great friendly staff. Esthetic and atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable . Highly recommend visiting this quant town and trying anything on the menu. I enjoyed the fish tacos and my husband had a burger and onion rings made with the thin batter everything was full of flavor.
