Managers are extremely rude. I actually had to walk out of the restaurant because a manager came over to our table and insulted us after waiting an hour for appetizers and food, saying it was our fault. He said we should expect to wait at least an hour for salads, burgers and pizza. I've been served faster at a fine dining establishment. Several tables that were seated after us were served before us. Extremely disappointing because we have been regulars here for years.

Mediocre food, slow service, and management that doesnt seem to care. I ordered the seared salmon. It came out completely burned and crispy all the way through. It was drowning in oil or butter. When I expressed concern, the manager came over and asked me a few questions. I told him it was inedible and I did not want to wait for them to remake it because it was getting late and it took so long the first time. They took the plate away and brought us the bill with only a small discount. They served a completely inedible salmon dinner....and didn't take it off the bill? We will never be back. Others in my party ordered a salad, which had cold, dry chicken on it and a burger, which looked great but ultimately was nothing special. They weren't impressed either.

Stopped by for the first time on Wednesday night. It wasn't busy at all but they had alot of staff present -most of them are kids and they were just standing around. We got pizza and wings and it took over 40 mins for our food to come. Again, it wasn't that busy. We came there at 830pm. Drinks were pricey and the service is terrible. Servers are kids that need a little more maturity and alot more training. Dont waste your time (2 hours + dining experience) and money here. Only good thing here was they do have many tvs .

I had the best time at Knapp’s I have been there twice and both times the food was great and the service was amazing I had the patty melt and the pizza and fish and chips and that onion dip and chips was also delicious

Well, Saturday of art in park and 2 newbie bartenders. Poor choice of management. Unless it was a break or make of employment. Got onion rings, normal chow. Wish them luck, but won't be back.

A shout out for this local restaurant. Went with my family of eight for dinner on Tuesday night. Our server, Nikki, was outstanding. Handled all of us with efficiency and good humor. Couldn’t ask for a better server. Everyone complemented the food. I had the smothered chicken, and thought it was beyond good. Liked it so much I went back on Wednesday for another serving. After, I spoke with the chef, Nick, and told him it was even better if that was possible. Trevor, who handled my Order, was very helpful and pleasant. I Asked For a special accommodation which he assured me was no problem at all. Really did make me feel like I wasn’t asking too much. Many thanks to Nikki, Nick, and Trevor!

Food took a long time to come out. No baby seats were offered and were told we can't have the stroller inside. The stroller was not blocking any exits or isles. A 1 year old I'm your lap while trying to eat is very difficult due to them grabbing everything. Mean while the people sitting behind us also had a stroller and nobody told them to move it.
