Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered a pizza online, I asked for it to be well done! Not only was it not well done it wasn’t done period! It was gooey! 😩 The I paid for 2 garlic butters but only received one! Your employees need to do better! Maybe take some reading classes!!

Ordered a large square deep dish supreme and the Italian cheese bread. All together we paid $21 and some change. I am so angry with everything about this experience tonight that little Caesars have lost my business for good! Let me tell you all about this. First of all the square supreme i ordered came home round. We also wanted the pizza well done that came cooked still floppy and barely warm. Toppings were good on about 3 of the slices and the rest of the pizza it was very little and far apart. I asked for no sausage but instead if I could just substitute it with more pepperoni and there response was that it would of been a specialty pizza and about $4 more! Had to pay another $1 for pizza sauce that doesn't come with the cheese bread? Seriously?!?!?! Little Caesars are you kidding me right now?!?!?! For this same amount of money I could of went right across the street to Hungry Howie's got my square well done supreme pizza with no problems at all and that's exactly what's going to happen from now on!

Zack M @ the New Baltimore location did an awesome job. Guy had ordered 40 pizzas before I came in (I was unaware). But him and the team handled everything without an issue or huge delay in time.

It's little Caesars, not some fancy New York chain, which is probably why it's edible.Pizza was hot and fresh (custom order) and in the portal when it was supposed to be.Every trip to a LC is great when it's custom ordered
