Besides the fact that when you need to order up front it takes over 10 minutes for service,ever since the inside was remodeled the place has been infested with flys you can’t look anywhere without seeing one, food is not safe to eat here

Employees work hard here. The food is better than many McDonald's. Sometimes the mobile orders for pickup at parking spaces are significantly delayed. Also, the atmosphere is bland due to the benign, grayscale, corporate minimalism that no one likes or asked for.
Update as of October 2024: They did a quick remodel of only part of the interior space, and somehow made the interior worse and even less approachable than McDonald's already standard corporate-minimalistic, shale-colored drab "aesthetic." They cut most of the open-kitchen off with a new wall so now we're more separated and it looks really, really bad.

I have ordered on the McDonalds app to have my orders delivered through DoorDash multiple times and every time I receive my order, there are always items missing. When I contact McDonalds about it, they tell me to contact DoorDash. When I contact DoorDash, they tell me to contact McDonalds. After jumping through these hoops to get a refund for the items I didn't get, my issue never gets resolved and no refund is issued. There needs to be a better quality check for orders going out their door at this location.

Best McDonald's i have ever gone to. They still have the inside play area, and my kids love going here. Staff was very attentive, and the entire place was very clean.
Kid-friendliness: Great inside play area! Also has kids friendly computers with educational games to play.

Is it just me or does every Schultz family Mcdonalds suck. Wait times, customer service and missing items is ridiculous.
After sitting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, I pulled out of line and left without getting the cup of coffee I sought. Fast food isn't FAST, convenient or good.
