Drive thru lady asked if we wanted to use mobile app, replied not today, she gave us a big heavy sigh like we were inconveniencing her, this is the second time this has happened in the last 2 weeks. had a great experience at this McDonald’s thanks to the amazing service from John and Hannah! Both were friendly, professional, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. John was super efficient at the counter, and Hannah had such a positive attitude—it really made my visit enjoyable. The food came out hot and fresh, and the whole place was clean and well-run. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. Keep up the great work!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hannah at the Green Street McDonald’s gave top-tier drive-thru service! She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond—answering my questions without hesitation, which is rare these days. I’ve never had someone so helpful and kind at a fast food window. McDonald’s is lucky to have her!

Awful service. After I was given my total for a drink I asked if I could use my points and give the woman taking orders (window 1) my code for a 6pc nugget and a fry on a second order. It was 11am on a Monday and I was told it was “too late” though I still lost all 3,000 points. 🙄

The staff here is nice but holy cow they are SLOW! The whole reason I order McDonalds (or any other fast food) is to avoid long wait times. I place my order on the app and submit it before I even leave the house, but I always have to pull into to a reserved spot to wait for my food. It’s not just a two minute wait, either, it’s closer to 15 minutes and that’s IF they bring out the right food the first time. I’m sure the kids working there are trying their best but management needs to get it together with these wait times. Better off just going to Wendy’s at this point.
Update: got home and they screwed up my husband’s burger. Clearly said PLAIN on my receipt and it had ketchup and stuff all over it so now he can’t eat it. I had to wait a solid 15 minutes for FAST FOOD and they couldn’t even get the order right.

At this point, mostly everything in terms of ordering food is via the kiosk, but last time I went with my father for a quick bite, we were even checked on by an actual staff member during our meal just to see if everything was all right and that was a wonderful surprise, especially at a fast food place, might have even been the first time I've been asked for any additional service at the table out of the [self-redacted] times I've been to McDonald's over the years lol.
Definitely a good place for a quick bite, two drive-thrus, a play place, multiple touch screen gaming devices on the walls in the play place for kids, and at first I thought oh geez these days, but there are plenty of disabled kids that can't climb all over the play place, so those can be highly beneficial for anyone unable to climb on the play place.
Overall a great place, especially for a 'generic' place like McDonald's, and review would be 5 stars but ya can't get hot fresh fries every single time doesn't matter what McDonald's you go to 🙃😁 (but on request they'll cook em fresh for you no complaints!)

I've gone here every few days for the last 5 months and they get my food right 1/7 times. Whoever runs the afternoon shift between 1 and 6pm needs to get it together. Their crew specifically goes out of their way to avoid custom orders, I am allergic to onions and this has made for a terrible experience at work on multiple occasions. I would avoid this location completely if you plan on changing your order in the slightest.
This place is literally the most bare bones basic typical McDonald's I've ever been to. Food always takes literally 25 minutes to come out even if it's dead inside the building. The teenage staff is always super rude as well, I've gotten eye rolls and scoffs for asking for my cups (which they ALWAYS forget and then it's another 15 minutes wait while employees just stare at you on their phones) and one particular instance a teenage employee basically throwing my mcflurry at me after I said they forgot it and it was on my reciept. At least they cook their mcnuggets all the way, thats the only reason I continue to come back.

Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, the staff was friendly too... Accept that they almost handed my order to the wrong person who they were chit-chatting with at the front counter. Guess that's part of the deal when you hire high schoolers 😆 otherwise totally fine. Order was right and fresh. Just keep an eye on the kiddos.
