This isn't the closest McDonald's to me but it's the one I prefer. Food is typically correct and it's usually really clean in comparison to other locations. Tonight I had an issue with the app and the manager was wonderful and so helpful. This young female manager couldn't get the app to work but made sure my order was prepared quickly. She was extremely friendly and professional.

The young lady that waited on me was exceptionally kind and carried on conversation with me while I waited (no body was behind me waiting) for my order. An absolute 180 degrees from the last time I went there, which was so bad I never got to place my order. I'll get her name when I go back this weekend, because I already forgot it.

By far one of the worst McDonald’s experiences. 40 min wait because they want to make sure they meet the drive thru time standard. So the preorder and dining orders suffered. When questioned the guy working front counter decided to get a smart mouth about things. If you’re going to run a promotion make sure to be staffed properly. Ryker doesn’t have the personality to work front counter.

Sinful, shameful behavior on the part of the kitchen staff. They waste so much food because they're incapable of making it right the first time. I just want a sandwich the way it's supposed to come but it takes you two tries and it's still messed up. You need to fire all the people in back.

4 pm, slow Tuesday, every order is taking 13+ mins. My order was missing an item, drive thru guest came inside with an incorrect order, man reported bathroom toilet is over flowing, there is no ice in the lobby ice machine, no napkins. My kids happy meal toy is Sonic 3 tpt from 2024. Flies are every where in the dining area. This place needs new management.

It’s a hit or a miss here. I always pay for extra sauces or to add bacon an I either have to ask at the window if they made sure I get what I payed for, or I pay for nothing basically . Sure I can go to another McDonald’s but I’d much rather the one I go to get my order right than have to drive another 15 mins out of my way.
I came through the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac on June 2, 2025. The burger was literally chopped up pieces, there was no cheese, and the overall experience was poor. I called to let them know what happened. The manager apologized and told me that she would mail me coupons for a free meal. I never received anything. Disappointing.

First time ever coming to this Mickey D's!! Very nice knew it be down here some place!! Chesterfield has changed at it is really booming and getting too congested along w too many businesses on 23 Mile gonna need more lights even near 94!!

10/10. I rarely write reviews but I had to share. I recently visited this McDonalds and both team members went above and beyond! Friendly service, wonderful greetings I left with a smile. They even included straws with the chocolate milk. Outstanding!

My 6 year old daughter is PISSED She insisted I called this location to inform the employees that they did NOT give her a hello x TMNT toy but a old ellio toy that not only was not a hello Kitty TMNT toy but was the same as her brothers.
Absolutely horrible. 0/10 do not recommend if you a 6 year old and want a hello Kitty x TMNT toy.
