Lyrics the manager in the kitchen was so nice and welcoming to me when I went to go eat she answered all my questions patiently made me feel like I wasn’t rushing helped me pick the food I wanted and it was great. She then told me that she cooked it And I couldn’t be happier with the food and lyrics.

Placed a mobile order and arrived “too early” for an asap order (1 bowl and 1 beverage) I was asked to “pull around in a few minutes”, which led to me waiting so much longer than just waiting at the window for my order to be prepared then. What is the point of using the app or rewards when I get the least quality of service? I’m not reviewing for reparations. Just - come on y’all

I went very late on a Friday night. (7/8). I have never try one before so I checked online first. I wanted honey sesame chicken only. The server kept want to put rice in it. I said no. I got a ton of rice & maybe 5 prices of chicken. I also asked to just try the chicken mushroom. The had me pay for it. Which I figured a couple bucks. Nope full plate. I am so unhappy with my rice I don’t eat chicken very little .
I will NOT go back. 😞

My gf put in a mobile order and I went to go pick it up. Got there told me her food wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes even though we got the confirmation text it was ready. Went around again after 10 minutes then got told they didn’t have a name for that order, went inside showed the order number, confirmation text and proof that I paid for it, then they basically told me I was trying to steal 12$ worth of food because someone else came and picked it up. Mistakes happen and it’s okay if they gave my order away but the audacity to accuse a customer of stealing when they clearly gave my food away is wild. Customer service is not their top priority and wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They eventually gave me my food that I paid for and if they didn’t accuse me of trying to steal it would’ve been a different outcome.

I am a GIANT fan of Asian food (Korean, Japanese, Chinese etc) and honestly out of all the places I’ve been… This specific Panda Express is definitely in the top 3 favs. They have better quality and tasting food than other panda expresses I’ve been to, and the service was actually REALLY good! I think the girls name was Haley, she was very kind with me and pretty hasty, she served my food like this was a jimmy johns!! I’m definitely coming back again when I’m in the area, and I’m sure that all the workers are just as great as the girl Haley

Shelby and Danny are extremely nice, patient, and welcoming. Danny understands what we’re ordering every time we come through even though our order can be confusing. He is very kind and respectful.
When ordering yesterday we had a manager at the speaker that became very frustrated and rudely spoken with us when trying to explain what we wanted. We came inside and spoke with Shelby. She was very uplifting and gave all around good energy and made our experience way better.
Food is definitely a hit or miss though regarding freshness, but I guess that goes for all fast food. Overall a smooth experience every time and good food.

I can except that you won’t allow me to do 2 separate orders. That’s fine. But when I got to the window and realized I forgot a drink I asked the man at the window about to take my card “can I add a large lemonade to my order I’m sorry but I forgot to get a drink.” He proceeded to tell me while standing next to the pop machine “I can’t add anything right now I have like 8 cars behind you” I just looked at him like 🙃 okay. Then he turned around and made and pop for the next car while my card processed 🙃 honestly that’s just horrible service. Not only was he not put together with his hat all messed up and hair a mess while he handed me my food but there was not 8 cars behind me there was 1 at the speaker and 1 behind that car. All he had to do was charge me for a lemonade and I had cash and would have told him to put the change in the donation bin…just horrible service will never go again. This was my favorite lunch spot. Not till they have proper staff.
