The counter service is known to be excellent, with the cook or possible owner sometimes coming out to ask customers about their food. The menu features fresh and delicious options, such as the 3 slider combo with fries and a fountain drink, where the sliders come with cheese and onion but have a larger bun-to-meat ratio. The cost is reasonable, making it a better value than fast food burger places.

The restaurant has a diner vibe with a vintage feel, but it can be a bit dirty at times. There are arcade games that make it a kid-friendly place. The hand-battered onion rings and pickle chips are a must-try, and the onion rings are said to be some of the best. However, the coney chili may be a bit too sweet for some. The original and chicken sliders were delicious, and the seasoned fries and pretzel bites were great. The burgers are awesome, and the deep fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich is a must-try. Sliders are amazing, a perfect ratio of meat/cheese. The soups that are made daily are all amazing. The vibe inside is awesome, from the checkered floor and saturated wall colors, to the arcade & pinball machines its a nice nostalgic atmosphere to be in. The customer service is always on point. The owner of the business is usually working and you can tell he goes above and beyond to give everyone a great experience.
