4th time in a row I ordered the keto champ with double ginger and tasted no ginger. I have never had this issue at the St. Clair Shores location or other smoothie places. Even went inside this last visit to let them know and still no ginger taste.

Visited Sunday 6/9/24 at 10:00am. Debbie the only worker was slammed with 7 orders within 5 minutes and totally crushed it!! Debbie was so friendly and professional and delivered my smoothie flawlessly!! This lady deserved to be recognized as she never panicked !!!

This is a very great location. The drinks are always top tier. I gave 3 stars to the service due to Pam being impatient and rushed me to order. I would call her politely rude.
However I will continue to go there for my smoothies.

On 1/28/24 @4:23 I stopped at this location to get a smoothie. The lady through the drive through was so rude.. not helpful at all, was very short, and sounded very annoyed. Makes people not want to come back.

Stopped in today, 10/29/23 to grab a couple of smoothies for my mother & I and we got the Slim n trim Chocolate....usually I get the Angel Food....and I'm really sorry I didn't stick to my usual drink. The ones we purchased were horrible...very bland...the young guy said he had to remix them because he forgot to put the protein in the blender. Make a long story shorter....after spending almost $16 for (2) 20oz. smoothies....I was very upset that it made my mom sick to her stomach and I had to throw over half of mine away!...Never again!...you guys lost my business.
