My fiance ordered on her phone and order the new Nacho steak sub on Ghost pepper bun. With veggies and extra meat. When we got the sub home I basically had a veggie sandwich there was hardly any meat at all and it seemed as if is was just in the center but very very little. You guys gotta do better. I will be going to sub shop down the road.

This place is way to big for a subway. Too much floor space inside. Half of the space is not being used which makes it seem awkward when you enter. The staff there doesn't know how to make there own sandwiches. Which could be a new employee but the one that made mind barely spoke English and dumped a ton of salt and pepper on my sub and didn't even attempt to tell me he would remake it. Even after getting home and trying to scrape off what I could the sandwich was ruined. I will be very hesitant to eat here again.

I've gone to this Subway my whole life. It ebbs and flows in terms of employee/sandwich quality. I most recently visited to take advantage of a 20% off deal available online and through the app. Unfortunately, both the website and app were down, preventing me from accessing the discount, which I showed to the employee using my device. When I explained the situation and asked the manager to apply the 20% discount to my in-person order, I was only offered a 10% discount. The staff was unwilling to honor the full discount, even though the issue was on their end. Very disappointing experience which seemed to be a limitation from corporate, though I do believe there were other ways to respect the price difference.

The sandwich was okay, but it seems with every raise in price, they remove some quantity/quality of ingredients. Subway is not the only chain guilty of this behavior.

Great food, even better service! Ryan and Miranda are the best and provided quick and AWESOME service. Made our subs quickly, exactly how we wanted them, and wrapped them neatly to avoid messiness. This is one of the best sub spots in Chesterfield and I love stopping in here. If you get here and Ryan and Miranda are taking care of you, you're in great hands and will have a great experience!

I ordered a footlong sub and 1 of the new dipper wraps. I thought the dipper wrap was 3 dollars, I was charged 6 dollars for 1. Didn't notice until I got home. They are not that good.

Waited on the phone for over 5 minutes. Place is understaffed I had to drive up to the store to get my question answered only to find out what I wanted wasn't available without doing a ton of extra steps. Don't lie and say you have bogo, if you gotta do extra steps. At least specify how your deal applies...

Great place. The sandwich creators are always friendly and do a great job. Food quality is good and consistent. My only suggestion would be for online orders to be put behind the counter. I had one of my orders stolen once and had to wait for them to remake my sandwiches.

The staff is slow makes you wait why they do other tasks in the store like cleaning instead of taking care of the paying customer that’s standing rite in front of them the food is over priced and is nasty and slimywill not go back to this location horrible service
