I don’t think is should take 30 minutes to get an order from the drive-thru I was picking up an order for a customer we wait for so long and the food was cold the customer was so mad.

I've never seen a slower drive thru in my life. Over a half hour wait to pickup a Doordash order and multiple people left the line ahead of me.

Placed 3 separate orders single item orders for pickup today at 7:50 pm. First item comes out at 8:05 pm and I let the cashier know I have two other single item orders. He comes back and says he doesn’t see them, I let them know they’re in 3 different names. At 8:10 he hands me the second order and I confirm with him that he has one more order coming up. It’s now 8:30 and he just lets me know he’s not seeing the app order. I had to be at work at 9 pm so I told him I’d be filing a complaint with corporate. Extremely poor service and I will not be back.

3/9/25 - Had the drive thru window slammed in my face after my card was ripped from my hand after having issues with the AI bot. Lady had a real issue because we were laughing about it. Did not apologize, scurried us away asap afterward. Surprised to say our food came out okay at least, so at least it wasn’t the entire store exploding on customers. Won’t find me here for a while for sure

During the day they're on point most of the time. Recently at night time it's been ridiculously long wait. Obviously the people working here in the evening arent motivated it's definitely costing the owners. It's kind of a sad state of affairs.

Ordered 4 Soft Taco Supremes and one cheesy bean burrito. None of the tacos were Supreme and the cheesy bean burrito was garbage. Ask for hot sauce did not get any sauce whatsoever. Will not be returning to this location.
They told me they were too busy to cook everything i I wanted due to too many online orders coming through. I would think they would serve the people in line before the online orders.

AVOID! Lobby frequently closed for no reason which is a fire safety Hazzard. Drive through service is atrocious with them frequently refusing to give out delivery orders which is a breach of contract and fraud.
This location only wants your money, they don't care about their job or service. Just filing this out I've seen 3 more drivers get turned away. If they steal your order, call corporate, get a refund.

The whole entire crew including management need to be let go and completely restaffed at this location as well as the one down the road on 23 & 94. I’m beyond tired of both locations (this one especially) lying and telling you there closed when they are supposed to be open for another 1-2 hours. An entire building full of staff members that never want to do their job and will lie straight to your face to avoid making an order. 12/27/24 I pull up at 1am, 5 staff members smoking weed outside the front door. The guy at the drive thru tells me they are closed unless I’m picking up doordashes. They are supposed to be open for another hour.
