Doing Uber eats and the employees abandoned the place early drive 20 miles for 2 deliveries just for them to abandon the place

This by far is the WORST Taco Bell. The manager ( Sheila ) is incredibly RUDE. Had several encounters with her 🙄 The food is never made right, LONG wait times, SEVERAL times went there during business hours and the whole place was closed including the drive thru, last week went inside to order and the kiosks were not turned on so I asked if I could order at the counter and they said the dining room was closed, drive thru only( at 2pm ).

ABSOLUTELY APALLING!! Since when do the people in the back yell up front at the person buying food??? And over a side of sauce that the AI put as no sauce maybe wear your headset?!?! Also I said no oinion and the bean burrito was loaded with them this woman needs to lose her job. Absolutely not acceptable and I feel that without her this location would do so much better.. **time of order : 6:25pm on 12-17-25** the cashier(Marcellie) was amazing she also got yelled at by that monstrous woman in the back that hates human beings! So not only did she verbally assault her coworker she thinks she can do the same to customers.

for the 2nd time in a few months, i went through the drive threw and the line took about 40 min to get through. the lady at the window asked for my order #, which thats not even given to us. shes slow and doesnt seem to know what shes doing. i was told it was only her and her manager working.. So it seems that they were cooking your order as you pulled up to the pick up window. They obviously have a huge issue at this taco bell. i will NOT go back! several cars got tired of waiting in line and left.

I don’t think is should take 30 minutes to get an order from the drive-thru I was picking up an order for a customer we wait for so long and the food was cold the customer was so mad.

I've never seen a slower drive thru in my life. Over a half hour wait to pickup a Doordash order and multiple people left the line ahead of me.

Placed 3 separate orders single item orders for pickup today at 7:50 pm. First item comes out at 8:05 pm and I let the cashier know I have two other single item orders. He comes back and says he doesn’t see them, I let them know they’re in 3 different names. At 8:10 he hands me the second order and I confirm with him that he has one more order coming up. It’s now 8:30 and he just lets me know he’s not seeing the app order. I had to be at work at 9 pm so I told him I’d be filing a complaint with corporate. Extremely poor service and I will not be back.

3/9/25 - Had the drive thru window slammed in my face after my card was ripped from my hand after having issues with the AI bot. Lady had a real issue because we were laughing about it. Did not apologize, scurried us away asap afterward. Surprised to say our food came out okay at least, so at least it wasn’t the entire store exploding on customers. Won’t find me here for a while for sure

During the day they're on point most of the time. Recently at night time it's been ridiculously long wait. Obviously the people working here in the evening arent motivated it's definitely costing the owners. It's kind of a sad state of affairs.
