Taco bell lords please help these employees. Waited over an hour in the drive thru. Watched at LEAST 22 cars drive away and leave during this time. I don't blame them.

Taco bell is already overpriced garbage. Not worth waiting OVER AN HOUR in the drive thru. Can't rate the food because I never got it. Absolutely unbelievable.

This taco bell has been up and down on whether or not they have decent service, but it's been awful lately. I'm sorry but the Taco Bell menu is not diverse enough for a 45+ minute wait in the drive thru. I could have dined in at a real restaurant for the same time and price at this rate.

Taco bell your team in the trenches need your help!! Waited 40mins for slop, a buritto that was missing chicken called and spoke to a manager... He's been one for a week a long with the other manager.
This team was / is on system critical. Suggested to the manager he close and keep training... Cuz the customer damage is off the charts. Maybe when sheetz next door opens they'll do tacos...

Randomly close the lobby. Manager doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Doordash orders that come from here have washers waiting constantly for 15 or more minutes and they ways get the orders wrong, or forget items.

They only cater to the drive-through people first from what I’ll learn from my experiences.
When there’s people like us that do online delivery services such as DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber eats, they need to make our customers order first before the drive-through or online orders. We have jobs To do, not waste time for 20 to 30 minutes for our Customers orders.

I went to pick up two online orders and was told that I they are unable to do that and I would have to pull back around into the drive thru to pick up my second order. I have picked up multiple orders at a time at this location on multiple occasions one being just last week. When pulling around to the windows the first employee was very kind and understanding while the manager lady at the other window had yelled at me twice for no reason and was just being absolutely disrespectful, not to mention my order was made incorrectly when I previously have never had issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location clearly doesn't care anymore. Can't even go inside anymore no note on door stating you can't. They don't care about add ons or take off for food it's like they just gave up and want it closed down which is unfortunate, use to be good

These Taco Bell's suck in New Baltimore long ass lines in drive thru because they close their lobbys waaay too early it's ridiculous, even more so when you Doordash..12-13 vehicles waiting in lines out to 23 mile! And the line is going slow af considering they have no orders inside! 🤬🤬
