Honestly shocking how unprofessional people are. it's shocking. Whoever owns this restaurant has got to be the most spiteful human ever. There is absolutely no need for this response to patronize this customer. They wrote five words, it's not that big of a deal. I was looking at the reviews (and have been to this place myself) to see if I would go back. This will not be the case. You will probably respond in the same unnecessarily hateful way as you do to every negative review. Negative reviews are meant to be constructive criticism, not to lower morale or to bring down your establishment, so just take it and do better, please. The fact that he "Could have told you before he left" is also just incorrect because you have a habit of responding to those people who did in fact complain about the food and you just did not care whatsoever. Some people also just like to not upset people (me being one of them) but nothing will fix this guys opinion. If your food is not his style or he just didn't like it, who cares? What's the point in trying to insult him for no reason? Is it to make yourself feel better or something? You use criticism to build up better to be ahead of the competition but instead you just don't care, for some reason. Anyway if you respond with anything but an apology I won't be shocked.

The girl at the counter was rude and hasty and was not helpful. I asked her a few questions about the menu and she responded with the worst attitude and did not want to be helpful. You think for $30 for just two sandwiches(that were not that good)- you’d get better service.We ordered a carry out and she didn’t ask my name so when my mom went back in to get an update on the order she said she doesn’t have an order for Sammy. And then continued to say “oh I put the name in as ladies with the dog”. She had asked the two people prior their names.. not sure why she couldn’t bother to ask mine?Idk regardless vibes were weird and bad, food was gross- the bun was dry and nasty. The only cute thing about it is the location! Not gonna be back

I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed! It helps too that all the food is fresh and gluten free, but you would have no idea it’s so good. Ranging from breakfast to lunch there isn’t one bad option you could have from the menu!

You can't beat it. I was upset that Starbucks down the street was a drive through only. It turned into a blessing to find this place and their Chai Tea latte blows Starbucks out of the water.

The best coffee I’ve had in my life tbh. This place is a little bit pricey for the drinks, but I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten here. Service is quick and people are friendly. It’s really nice inside and I enjoy the decor. My only complaint is that it is a little bit of a tight fit depending on how many customers there are. It’s a really fun place to get together with your girls and catch up. I will be coming back again.

We went here for breakfast, super cozy intimate cafe. We had the eastside skillet, monti cristo sandwich and berry smoothie, all were excellent. Took home lemon blueberry cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies. Great dessert after breakfast. Can't wait to come back and try other things on the menu.
